For a very long time I been coming here for my Philly cheesestake, and I encountered a few problems, but i chose to give another chance. Just today, I couldn’t do it.
Once again, my order was not correct .
It’s early, so it’s pretty much empty, and still, they got it wrong. The cashier person took the order correctly and even confirmed when he saw me coming back.
I returned my order back to them and just walked away .

this was my first time trying charley’s cheesesteaks. I just got the regular cheesesteak combo with the fries and drink. the sandwich was pretty good, i liked it. the fries were great, big and crispy real potato cuts with the skins still attached which adds even more flavor. the service was not friendly at all, the young girl at the front didn’t seem happy to be there. although i enjoyed the food, the price was outrageous. $15.75 was my total for a watered down soda, a small serving of french fries and a medium sized sandwich. i probably wont be back because of the price.

Extremely rude staff. I placed an online order for pick up food that was ready at 5:51pm and when I went to pick up the food the employees told me they closed at 5. Google and Charlie’s website states they close at 6pm. I asked regarding a refund as my card was charged and they refused to help me.
Update: I sent a message to their feedback email address and haven’t heard back. It’s been two days and I haven’t received any response regarding a refund.

Where do I start. They are making your food right in front of you so you would think they would do a better job and y is the grill scrapper sitting on the garbage can? I want to call the health inspector if I’m being completely honest. Never again.

My experience started off great as the cashier greeted me with a smile. I ordered the #6 with gourmet bacon and cheese fries. My food was ready in less than a minute. My first bite could only be described as refreshing. I expected a soggy sandwich with no flavor. Instead i was amazed by the fresh glavors and crisp veggies and crunchy bacon. Defenitly coming back again for their sandwiches.

Being from Philly, I’m not impressed. The meat was a little too thick and the provolone was tasteless. The bread was put through their toaster and it was only warm, not toasted which would have made a difference. Also, they pack it like an open face sandwich in a “to go” box which makes it cool too quickly.
