Wow. This food was not edible. I ordered Cajun Wings. They were plain. I ordered Cajun fries. They were plain. Then one meat sack with a hat noticed and dumped a tiny cup of spices in the middle of it. So yeah, don’t go here. I bet the guy running the carousel had better food in his backpack. Eat anywhere else.

The worst place ever. Very bad customer service. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The problem was clearly their fault, yet there was no attempt to correct it or take responsibility. When I requested to speak with the manager, my request was refused. That alone reflects extremely poor management and a lack of basic customer care. The way this situation was handled shows a complete disregard for customers and accountability. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

I ordered online and didn’t realize the default was “the works”. My fault. The staff handled this graciously and went above and beyond to make me happy and provide the sandwich that I wanted. Thank you!

Excellent Philly Cheesesteak and fresh crisp french fries. Fast & courteous service and attention to detail with the customizable toppings. This more than makes up for the unpleasant experience I had at the Bay Plaza Mall. The staff here was friendly, professional and attentive. Maybe the staff at this location should the Bay Plaza staff how it’s done properly.

I first started coming to Charley’s back when I worked at the mall several years ago. They were (and are still) known for their delicious sandwiches, piping hot fries, and lemonades.
I was at the mall on Christmas Eve and Charley’s looked the most appetizing, so I decided to try them again. And for the most part, the quality hasn’t changed.
I got a Small Classic Philly Cheesesteak with a Side of Fries, no drink. My order was $11.09. Everything was prepared quickly
and accurately without the added greases and oils of most fast food chains.
If you’re looking for a cheap meal, the small is a great option—a little less than half a footlong. Everything was cooked well, I was provided napkins, and ketchup was readily accessible.
While I can’t eat mall food on a regular basis like I used to, Charley’s Cheesesteaks is still a great sandwich staple.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got handed the wrong order and before I could realize i had one of the employees publicly harassing me to pay the difference and telling me it was my fault I got the wrong order, even though it was their mistake. I was stared at the whole time I was eating and the employee tried to blame me because they handed me the wrong order. The chicken wings were stale and flavorless. 0/10 I would stay as far away as possible. This is so disappointing and unprofessional.

The person who takes my order is consistently rude and makes one feel as if they are wasting her time. Fortunately I am usually prepared for her and practice my order in line but even then I’m too slow! This trip they had a new cook!! Unfortunately they where clearly very undertrained and did not know what ingredients where what leading to a sandwich that was not what I ordered. They tried separating my molten hot order on the griddle but at that point the battle was lost and I realized if I was going to have a chance at eating lunch I needed to cut my losses and walk away so I did. In short, avoid this trash food court restaurant at all costs.

1st mistake is I prepaid for the food. I added the directions in my GPS and drive to wait for it… the mall. I had no idea it was mall food. After walking around for twenty minutes trying to find the place in the mall I arrived and my food was cold. They would not remake it. I asked why it didn’t state on there site it was in the mall and was told they just work there and I would have to take my food and go there were customers in line. I ended up tossing the food ($26.00) worth and going to a real resturant. Lesson learned call first

Paid $21 dollars for two skimpy mediocre subs that were basically steakums, a cup of dry flavorless fries and a soda. Honestly, McDonald’s would have been better. At least the employees seemed nice. Never again
