The two gentlemen that refused my 65 year old mother food service because she complained about the soggy sandwich she got last time. The guy even gave her a free refill that day to accommodate the nasty service that was provided. Today my mother went to order and the guy looked at the other guy and said you remember her and yelled for her to leave that she can’t no longer get any food service here again. Excuse me but a customer gets refused food and kicked out for complaining for what she paid for the last time. There was never an exchange of you can’t come back here for complaining. This is against what the BBB recommends as customer care and regulations. I will report this brand as awful and unpleasant. Please be careful when ordering here. If you complain you might get kicked out and maybe even security called on you. It’s absolutely disgusting and disturbing for an elderly lady who has breast cancer to come to the Westgate mall for peace and comfort and be dealt with a nasty security, rude employees and a trauma she will never forget. These employees need to be fired!!! How can you run a business and can’t deal with customer complaints. We make your business!!!

I’m writing to report a disappointing experience. The music was extremely loud, and the staff could not hear me when I was placing my order. Because of this, my order was made incorrectly. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to fix it, so I asked for a refund. At that point, they became upset, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was simply trying to get food while hungry. I hope this can be addressed so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

where do I start? Actually, my daughter and I found this accidentally. We knew this place was here but never tried it. One day we decided that we would try the ULTIMATE FRIES while we wait for the other store to open. Oooohhhhh my…… HEAVEN! I couldn’t stop thinking about how good it is, the balance of the flavor, the crispness of the fries, the melted cheese, ooohhh the bacon – lets not forget bout the bacon bits. The other day, we went and ordered it at again, and yep…… its the same. We also got the #7 & the lemonade with fruit. The sandwich & the drink was great! At the end of the line they ask you if what you want on your sandwich like lettuce, mayo, tomato, etc. Theres also some spice rack that you can add on your food. Its a cute little spot in the mall. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars is because in the middle of the chaos (line) one of the worker decided he would mop the floor asking everyone to stay out of his way (that didn’t work, it just made the place more muddy & slippery). Then another worker started speaking in a different language so loud and the whole store kinda paused because now the other workers started speaking in their language and joking around as if they were in the house, you know… kinda like teenagers. Anyhow, they were courteous & the service was ok. Next time you visit try the ultimate fries, you will not be disappointed!

Ordered the chicken philly with fries lg. And a lg lemonade and the price was very reasonable. The food was great! The employees had high energy and was happy to have me there. They cook the food right in front of you and are happy to see there customers great experience. I ate half the sandwich was was feeling like i want to take other half home high recommend coming here. I will be back to try the cheese steak philly with fries.

Well I went to the mall for Popeye’s when I saw a new fast food restaurant, after checking out the menu. I ordered the triple bacon steak sub that was off the hook, it didn’t take long to eat the sub and wash it down with a blueberry lemonade that has real fruit in. Now this is a place I have to go again…

Hostile to customers. Unprofessional, poor solving skills. Arguing with a customer in the presence of others. Use of profanities/swearing at a customer. Some racial undertone, especially from the chef, who also appeared to be in charge. Chef at this location(Westgate mall) appeared to lack proper problem-solving skill, poor anger diffusion and channeling skill. If this is how customers are treated, then there isn’t much to desire about your service. Unfortunately!

This is one of the best cheese steak subs i have ever had in a long time. The meat was not over or under cooked and the roll was toasted. The onions were cooked right and the fries were hot and crispy. Absolutely phenomenal and very tasty, the customer service was fantastic and the guys are really nice.

Great chicken teriyaki subs and most of the employees are really friendly except the girl who took my order. She had a bit of an attitude like your not worth her time to take your order. I hope it was just a one time thing for that type of service. Love the food and the cook and prep staff they were extremely friendly!!! Great job guys! I will definitely be back more often now that I found this little gem of a food place! Keep up the fantastic job!
