This place is very overrated and overpriced. Ordered a small Philly steak combo and it just wasn’t appealing.
The fries are weird tasting the meat to bread ratio favors the bread and they use steak ums. The guy making my sandwich was pretty rude and behaved as if he didn’t want to be there. The lemonade was alright could use more water and real lemons though. All in all I definitely wouldn’t be eating it again.

I just wanted to get lunch with my husband & this is how this establishment prepares the food. You pay great amount of money for less of the product. I was disappointed & upset because I’m 8 months pregnant & just wanted to eat lunch. And I get served less of what I paid for??? This is how greedy your employees are serving food that people pay for? Whenever I go to other Charley’s in my spare time it’s never served like this. This was reported to the Charley’s website also.

Food is always good. And the service is mostly quick depends on time if day and what day your eatting. Good option to choose from on menu. Strawberry lemonade is the best!

Very bad experience yesterday at the South shore Mall in Braintree Mass a worker was handing out coupons if you spent more than $8 you’re supposed to get a free lemonade when I spent my money they said no you have to buy wings too I said that is not what the coupon said this is fraud

Very bad attitude, bad customer service, never baying there again, I spent $25 in 2 sandwiches, I specifically told the cashier that I didn’t want any pickles, I gave my son the bags he went to eat and found pickles he sent me a picture and immediately threw the box in the trash, I went back to them with my receipt and the picture to show them, they told me that I have to pay to get another sandwich because I got rid off the food.

It couldnt even be considered a mistake, the order that was just a sandwich had fries, the order that asked for no lettus and tomatos had lettus and tomatos, and the other had Nothing. The small order was a regular and the regular order was a small. And it was Just 2 Orders!
To the staff
If you dont want to be there, Do us all a favor and Dont be there. Lifes too short and I work way too hard for my money to be upset because your unhappy.

First of all i got a combo meal that includes a drink the sub and fries of my choice right? Where are the fries? And why did i get a kids size portion of meat on a LARGE sub? Im not over exaggerating about the portion of meat because the one in brockton does a 10 times better job making the sub look like a proper sub. They were still open for 2 more hours so i don’t understand if there was a rush or not, I won’t be going back to this location.

Quick fast and fresh love the chicken teriyaki chicken sub, chicken, and the steak and cheese are delicious plus they have wings and tenders and there also very yummy. Gotta get the chicken well done tho

I made the order online. They allow you to choose what ingredients should be added or removed. When I picked up the order and checked it at home everything was in mess. Where I asked to not add mayo it was added, where I asked to not add onion – it was added. I ordered 2 sauces – they were not there. It was something wrong with every cheesesteak I ordered.
Guys, check your order before you leave. Otherwise, you won’t get what you paid for.
