My wife brought me home a Teriyaki Chicken sub from Charleys. I never heard of this place but my wife was out with her girlfriend. When I tell you it was one of the most delicious subs I have ever had (and I am in my 50s). It was a good sized (medium) sub with great flavor and two sliced pickles inside with lots of cheese. I definitely have to try the Cheese steak next. Kudos to this place for taking common sub sandwiches to a much higher level.

Do not order there ! It looks like a scam. I have ordered delivery directly to the Charlie’s website, but they said that I have to complain to DoorDash about my incomplete order. I did not order through DoorDash I even received a receipt and email saying that I have to complaint to the store 20 dollars literally steal !

Went to Charley’s Philly Steaks in Northshore Mall and in my opinion not really worth it. I got an order of gourmet fries with cheese and bacon. The fries looked like something that came out of McDonald’s with cheese sauce that you would put on Nachos. The bacon could’ve been cooked a little more. On the upside the place is clean and the help is courteous.

Top of the line eating experience! From walking toward the counter and being nicely greeted by the female receptionist, ordering and waiting for my large 3 steaks order, was only a few minutes. Considering the large size of my order, it was pretty quick and a blast. Meal was hot and delicious. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Awful service. Guy who is cooking now picked some food off the grill with his hands to eat!! While he was cooking the food. So, he hand got in your food. And, I asked for a refill from the lady making the subs. She told me to get in line for a refill…behind 8 people for a refill. She must have seen me writing a review as she yelled over to give me a refill. The food? YUK. Just like fast food. Chicken and meat thinner than deli meat.

Everytime I come here I pay attention if the people who are cashiering are changing there gloves after touching money but they never are and that’s very bad because I went to college for hospitality management and you know once you touch money and than wanna touch food you have to change your gloves very disgusting and unhealthy work place .
