Warning! I was at the Holyoke Mall Charley’s, about 3 weeks ago. I sent pictures of my sandwich to Coperate and still haven’t heard back from anyone. The service was not bad or good. I was looking to get something to eat. However, I was almost done with my large sandwich and bit into the other half, and that’s when I had hair in my mouth. I spit it out and turned on the light in my car. To my surprise, what I thought was a string of hair turned out to be a lot of hair. Very disappointed!
