This place is a great location. The staff & manager are always so friendly and welcoming. They genuinely do care about their customers & remember a face. They always Get my order, right I’ve been to this location so many time and their quality is superb & sanitary. I always see them wearing gloves and you can pretty much eat off the bathroom floor it’s so clean. I’ll come all the way from Port Huron to come down here and it’s worth it. Every. Time. This place just does not miss. When you get quality like this, the prices don’t matter. It’s worth it for this type of above and beyond service. Hands down. THANK YOU!!!

I use to go to Charleys in Illinois, cheese steak was decent, a bit bland and they measured how much meat to give you – which wasn’t enough to cover the sandwich, is ok at best, not like Illinois where it had flavor and pretty decent sized sandwich with plenty of meat in it. Decent place though and if I can’t find another cheese steak place and I’m the mood – I’d go back here.

20 years eating this chain, and I never knew you could have such a dry sandwich from here. The cashier messed up the order, had to go back in and have two out of four sandwiches entirely remade. The cashier also couldn’t keep her fingers out of her mouth, so gross. It was like she was listening in slow motion, too distracted by her delicious fingers.
Apparently if you order a Philly here, they automatically give you a CHICKEN Philly. When you go in to have your sandwiches remade the manager will argue with you for five minutes about the difference between a Philly and a CHICKEN Philly. Because even tho you ordered phillys, they’ll give you chicken Phillys, and then act like it’s your fault.
Definitely won’t be back to this location.

A little expensive, but what isn’t nowadays, but didn’t feel ripped off if that makes sense. Had the original and it was great, everything good, super fast online ordering to car and a solid experience.

Not much flavor, the steak lacks any seasoning really. A dash of salt would improve the cheese steak.
The vegetables seemed fresh. Service is ok, nothing special or extra friendly.

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK was ordered and customized. no green peppers,no lettuce, no tomatoes. add bacon and banana peppers. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER trying to read that. we got everything we DIDNT wanton the PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. we called the store as soon as we seen the order was wrong. theady who answered said she cannot do anything and to get a refund with door dash. its not the dashers job to check the quality of the food and make sure that Charlys cheese ssteaks did thier job.0/10 for this location on customer service and the ability to follown written/typed instructions.

I ordered online. 100% paid. Pickup time of 4:48 EST. I walked in. And a lady walked in 10 seconds behind me. The man behind the counter went to her first. She said she had a door dash. This man left my food on the counter. And proceeded to accommodate and serve the door dash delivery lady who came in after me. Gave her order then brought her shakes. Then went out of his way to help her a third time. Bringing her a drink holder. All the while my food sat on the counter. And I got there 1rst. But didn’t want to make a scene. So glad I wasn’t asked to tip online. Wings were good but I will never be back. Your employee is incompetent. He must have opened each box of my wings 4 times while looking up at the order screen. He either can’t read or he is incapable of comprehending what he does. Is the only way for me to get my order promptly pay extra for door dash?? Or the franchise? Please learn to prioritize. If you don’t you’ll never survive.

I love Charley’s but this location is a no. The employee asked if I had been helped I said no, then takes drive through orders. Comes back and helps someone else. Then makes food. When I asked if I was going to be helped, the owner looks confused. The employee then says hold on and goes back to the drive thru. I’m good on food here for a while.

Establishment was really nice and clean! Our food was made fairly quickly and was delicious! We will definitely be back to try the wings. I also had a strawberry watermelon lemonade which was very tasty and refreshing. My kids enjoyed their milkshakes. I made sure to download the app for the rewards.
