My co-workers and I eat here at least 3 times a week because it’s close to our work. Sandwiches, wings and fries always delicious. Strawberry lemonade is a must to order, specially during the Summer is so refreshing. Staff is always friendly and prompt to take our order . Counter, topping station and grill looks clean even during rush hours.

Do not order there ! It looks like a scam. I have ordered delivery directly to the Charlie’s website, but they said that I have to complain to DoorDash about my incomplete order. I did not order through DoorDash. I even received a receipt and email saying that I have to complain to the store . Literally, they stole around 20 us ! I called to have the refund, and they hung up.

I came here for lunch since I work next door, and this is the serving of fries. I asked them is that all the fries, they said that’s it. For the price and quantity not worth it. I got the boneless wings with fries. Also the person in charge because they called her, had a horrible attitude!! Late review but I came to the mall again and reminded me of how upset they made me that I remembered I forgot to post it. April 16 at noon is when I visited this place.

Do not eat there im honestly telling you my review.. now they did refund my money I didn’t ask for it back but the reason I went back angry was bc I found a small cockroach on top of my tomato on my sandwich I now know how unsanitary it is to eat in the mall never again will I eat inside a mall and then to top it off they took the tomato and look at it then they said I will give you a refund my stomach now hurts and I threw up 2 bites of my sandwich that I ate..

I came to this location to purchase a strawberry lemonade today, and asked the cashier if it would be a free refill? The guy said the original lemonade is a free refill, so later I went back to ask for the refill, the lady called Brittney told me it is $1.08 for the refill…I can’t believe it, I went to many Charley’s before, they all had a free refill for the lemonade.

Careful they add raw chicken to your sandwich! I ate here last a few months ago and I’m leaving this review now because it happened to another friend of mine. I get the chicken sandwich and sometimes they make it plain even thought I get the teriyaki or buffalo but that wasn’t the issue. Ad I was waiting for my order to be prepared I was looking around and when I turned and looked at the counter I saw one of the team member starring at me I mean full on starring and didn’t look away even when I caught him. He looked autistic so I didn’t think anything of it. I was eating my sandwich and was in a hurry to get back to work and noticed a gamey taste I opened the sandwich up and saw a thin strip of raw meat on my sandwich. All the rest was cooked so it looked like it was added later. I grabbed my purse and ran to the next restroom and threw it all up. I was so disgusted by the taste and the action of this employee that I’m never eating there again! I never had issues there before I’m always polite and respectful. They sometimes spoke Spanish to me but even though I may look Hispanic I am middle eastern. Be careful eating here! Always check your sandwich!
