Well, to start with they filled my cup 90% with ice, then charge $1.08 for refills. I am not sure it’s a real 1. Maybe a 1.5. I’ll push it to 2 because I would like to reserve 1 for really poor operations.
Food:
It was there. Cheesesteak was kinda bland, not a lot of flavor. Fries were very bland. Nothing too them, a little and even kinda fry. Not good. Better than a complete mismake and good enough to eat. Definitely NOT the “world’s best Philly.” Lol
Service:
They didn’t yell at me or treat me bad. But that’s about it. Why give me almost nothing but ice and then charge for refills? That’s dumb. Dismissive, inconsiderate of their customers. At least the food didn’t take forever.
Atmosphere:
I don’t know how they can do great, but the dining area was an afterthought. You have 2 benches on the front and back wall in a small area maybe 14×6. Those benches have 4 stools, but comfortably you can sit two or maybe three close together. Then you have a string of 4 small tables packed together against the wall with not a lot of room to face away from the counter, so practically those tables added 2 seats on the ends with theirbacks to the benches. In my opinon, take two tables out and turn them sideways so you can add 4 more seats. But that’s my opinon.
Also expensive. I know it’s airport, but over $20 for that? Sheesh. Won’t do again.

Horrible customer service. The staff’s attitude came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. An angry female employee argued with a customer after giving an order to the wrong person. It appeared that the employee did not properly verify the proof of purchase or order number before handing out the food. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the situation was handled in a way that placed blame on the customer, who had approached the counter with the receipt when their order number was called.

Go hungry before stopping to eat here!!! The young lady working at the counter on 12/21/2025 @ 9:45 has a horrible attitude toward customers and acts as if you are annoying her when you try to place an order.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everything was bad!!! I spent $40 for nasty food and bad service!!! I ordered 2 regular phillys…one chicken one steak, both was dry and tasteless no seasoning at all!!! The cheese fries i ordered had more cheese than fries. I paid $1 extra for strawberry lemonade that was the worst I ever had…how can you mess up lemonade??? At least give me ice in my cup!!! Why would I want to drink hot lemonade?? The cashier was rude and lack customer service skills, and the wait was just uncalled for. I should’ve went next door and got pizza cause we threw half the food away!!!

I just got off my flight and had to grab a quick bite. I was walking past the food court and I noticed there were a couple of airport workers in line at this place, so I thought I would jump in behind them. I got a Philly steak with french fries and a coke. the food was prepared quickly, was fresh, and tasted good. Give this place a try.

Service was slow and disorganized. Orders were not filled in order. Cheese steak was ok thus two stars for food. My boneless wings were RAW on the inside! I should have barfed the one I ate back up! Had to spit the bite I took of my second piece back out. Very disgusting! (This location is so bad they don’t even list it on their website! Changed food to 1 star as their overall rating needs to go down)

This place isn’t as bad as a lot of reviews make it seem. The sandwich I got was good as long as you temper your expectations that this is airport food and not a five star restaurant. You also WILL have long waits. That’s true across the industry.
Having said that, I am concerned a bit about the cleanliness practices of the place. I sat back at a bar which was the only seat available and the wall was disgusting, highlighting a lack of attention to detail.
Overall not bad for an airport restaurant, but please if you are going to have a dining area, keep it clean.

I ordered @ 2:35 pm. I thought the taller skinny guy, a cook, was out of product, bringing two food tubs up but not making anything. I got a refund and left @ 2:45 after the same guy had put on and replaced three gloves and the girl was doing who knows what but no apparent Sandwich making. Absolutely terrible, I should have heeded the reviews.
