I ordered 40 dollars worth of food, and they didn’t even include 1 sauce. I paid for a ranch on the side for my large fries, and they gave me a table spoon worth of the ranch in the smallest container ever. Also, never get large fries from here. They give the same amount as the small fries just in a bigger container. This location is always disappointing. I will never come here again, and I advise you to go to their other locations.

Went here yesterday for dinner with my friend while visiting the Dulles Town Center mall. First big problem is that they don’t have a screen up for order numbers, so they rely on the cooks to call them out by voice, and these guys may as well be whispering the ticket numbers when an order is ready. Like they have zero awareness of the fact that they’re operating in a loud food court environment with a sizzling grill behind them — and we couldn’t hear them even though it was near closing time with the food court pretty dead. So this forces you to choke right up against the counter the whole time you’re waiting for your food, still having to lean in and cup your ear as they mumble the strangely long and convoluted order numbers, instead of being able to sit at the nearby tables and chairs while waiting, in order to ensure that some other random person doesn’t walk off with your order because they too could barely hear the order call-outs.
My friend ordered their classic Philly cheesesteak with no lettuce, no tomato, extra onions mushrooms and peppers. He did this from the touch-screen ordering station so there was no chance for confusion in the ordering process. The cook completely ignored all the modifications on the order and just made him the standard sandwich with lettuce and tomato and no extra anything — maybe two little slices of chopped green pepper and 1-2 mushroom slices on the whole sandwich. I ordered a cheesesteak with “double meat” and it was clear to see side-by-side that it had even less meat on it than my friend’s standard sandwich. I also ordered a side of “cajun fries,” which came out soggy and pathetic with zero crispiness, and rather than actually tossing the fries in the Cajun seasoning they apparently just dump a spoonful of the seasoning over the top of the fries once already in the box, so you get a few fries on top in the middle that are absolutely drenched with their dry seasoning mix and way too salty, while the rest of the fries are bland and unseasoned.
I spent over $15 here for a (small) sandwich, fries, and a soda, and it felt like a total ripoff when I could have gotten a giant styrofoam container stuffed with delicious fried rice or noodles with meat and veggies for $8.99 just next door at the Thai place next to them.

After spending almost $20 on a sub all I did was ask for a little ranch for my fries in a little ketchup cup and the lady was very rude to me and wanted to charge me $0.69. She ended up doing it but barely even put any in the cup… Food was good but when I got to my table to sit they smashed the lid down on my sub and it all stuck to the lid and when I lifted the lid and pulled most of the sandwich with it… then the sub has a very small cut in the middle but wasn’t cut all the way through so it was huge to eat.

Maybe there’s a literacy problem. I ordered a veggie delight, no provolone, no shredded cheese, no mayo. What did I get? A veggie delight with provolone, shredded cheese and mayo. So I ordered a second exactly the same order and what did I get? Exactly the same wrong order. How hard is it to quality control the item? Additionally there were other sandwiches as part of the order and they were sloppy, dry and several had the filling stuck to the top of the container. I wouldn’t recommend this location, get your cheesesteak somewhere else.

I have gotten food here twice. Once ordered onsite and once from door dash. The order when I was here was really good. 8$ for a small steak and cheese that was pretty good. The delivery meal was inedible.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I usually don’t write reviews, however, the gentleman at the counter (short Hispanic male) who was working at around 2:30 ish PM on May 14th 23 at Dulles Town Center food court, was being extremely annoying and sleazy, he refused to give us our order and then proclaimed it was a joke in an attempt be funny. He also kept making provocative remarks. There was also a female worker working alongside him who had great service, however, this guy needs to go.

I have been following Charley’s Philly Steaks from Atlanta GA airport, where they have this great location. It was my first time trying this Philly Cheeses teak with them. I always hoped a Charley’s would open nearby and it finally happened.
The cashiers, managers and everyone at this location are super friendly and very customer oriented. I forgot to request the cheese on the side for my cheese fries, The fries were ready very quick with the cheese on top and even though I was fine and told them not to worry about giving me new fries, it was my mistake! they did it. They told me they would give me the other fries and cheese on the side.
This was a huge personal touch and customer service at its best. I do recommend visiting this store. The Philly cheese steak is the World’s best as it states on their Printing. no doubt!
