We tried this bistro near the Harrison PATH with a cozy, cabin-style feel and a warm atmosphere. We ordered the Chicken Schnitzel and the Truffle Omelet, and both were quite tasty. The schnitzel, in particular, was quite filling.
Our server recommended the Parmesan Truffle Fries, which turned out to be a solid choice. The bistro also offers a good selection of drinks; we went with mimosas, an easy choice for brunch. Overall, it’s a pleasant spot for a relaxed lunch and good conversation.

Went back here after I had an excellent experience the first time!
Went for happy hour and it did not disappoint at all! Pretzel Bun sliders and loaded fries were really good (especially the sliders). $10 drinks (everything on the menu). I had an espresso Martini and it t is by far the best I have had anywhere!
Also had a “cold a spiced pomegranate toddy” and it was great! Also (the drinks here are that good I planned on having 1-2 and ended up having 4 lol) had a “Velvet Pear” and it was delightful!
I love the decor and intimate cozy atmosphere of the restaurant seating areas and bar.
Our server Jayden was stellar and tending graciously to all of our needs and the bartender Adrian was excellent as he was the first time I went (and the reason I went back to check it out a 2nd time around).
I have found my new favorite spot officially!!
Great drinks, service and food!

I’m visiting the area and the French toast was so delicious I had to leave a review! The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is incredibly kind, and my food came out super fast. I really enjoyed my breakfast and absolutely loved everything. I would definitely come back!

Where things start going downhill is the food. It was plain and ordinary. Nothing to make you want to come back and try some more.
Steven the bartender made the drinks well. But, there was nothing else that left us wanting more. The full was very unfulfilling. Especially the Benedict that usually comes with some carbs here they leaving you desiring for more.
The food here and the menu options was just not it.

The food was really good — everything was fresh and flavorful. The drinks were absolutely spectacular! You can tell they put a lot of effort into their cocktails. Great atmosphere and friendly service too. Definitely worth coming back!

Disappointing experience with awful attitude from the bartender. No reception at the beginning and neither respect, patience, nor professional clarification while asking questions about the discount rate for Urby residence. That bartender rudely gave me the email address of your company and said: “Send email to them and ask. We don’t have any discount for urby residence during weekends.” WOW, you treat your biggest group of customers like this kind of unprofessional and unfriendly manner? There are bunch of nicer ways to answer and resolve but you guys chose the worst one, lol. Great, thanks for ensuring me never come back. I don’t regret that I used to bring a lot of friends who visited me to Charley because it’s near my apartment and the atmosphere is good-there are definitely good servants. However, also, there’re definitely a lot more choices for us in the future, especially the “discount for urby residents” now doesn’t apply for weekends and with such a disgusting attitude from your servant. Charley is never an exclusive place for someone seeks respect, environment, joyful experience, and food. Still wishing you the best but you lost a loyal customer who always recommended this place to others. Thanks for the past.

Seems like the staff was having problems accommodating guests in many different ways.
I asked for a substitution that seemed quite simple – I was even willing to pay – and they couldn’t and wouldn’t accommodate.
Then I settled just trying to order and eat, and got the steak and eggs. I asked for the steak to come medium. It was well done.
I really tried.
Was even scouting the place out for an event.
Oh well, that’s why you try places- once.

Lovely spot with kitschy decor. The music was perfect. We had the caviar deviled eggs which were scrumptious. The wage burger was delicious. The truffle Mac and cheese was savory. The signature cocktails combos and a great deal. So glad to have found this gem.
