Terrible. I found a white cat hair in my bowl. But I thought well maybe it was from my white cat, so I didn’t think much of it. The white rice was horrible, how do you mess up rice??? It was sticky and tasted bad. The chicken itself was overcooked and hard. They have diff choices of chicken, american, asian and then they have pizza. They don’t have drinks, you have to go get something in the gas station and pay for your food there too. I was not used to that, but that’s how they do it. I would recommend getting your drink and then ordering your food. I mean the food was cold to begin with, so maybe that won’t even matter.

All I had to eat for the entire day was a single chicken tender from you guys at 11am, by 5pm I was so violently sick that I couldn’t keep any water or medicine down. I had diarrhea and cold chills that made it impossible to think straight. All clear signs of Food poisoning and you guys are the only ones I could’ve gotten it from. Learn how to handle your chicken, I’m sure you guys probably cross contaminated it somehow by taking shortcuts. Never eating here again and I’m making sure no one at my job eats your chicken. I sincerely hope you are shut down by a health inspector.

So glad this Chester’s opened up! Very convenient to reach from my house. I have tried the breakfast and the chicken tenders meals. The breakfast biscuits are pretty good, nice and tender. But they do use yesterday’s tenders for the chicken biscuit.
The spicy chicken tenders are really spicy and fresh. Every single time, the tenders are crispy and juicy. The potato wedges are just simply great. They are really crunchy/crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I get extra of these all the time.
The guys who work there are sooooo nice. Always smiling, always pleasant, and they actually will talk to you. I love how well they have cleaned up that Marathon and the restaurant

I’ve been to this location twice and have had a pleasant experience on both occasions. The first time, I went through the drive thru and it was very quick (as one would hope since the food is all premade). The second time I went inside to see what all they offered. The food was good but the customer service could use a minor amount of improvement.

I have went to this location 4 times. Today is my last. The same lady has been working every time I have went. They have never had what I have tried to order. If you are never going to have it… Take it off of the menu. I asked what they did have and was not given what I asked for the first time. Fine. The 2nd time I skipped the drive thru and went inside. Waited 5 minutes for employees to finish their conversation before I was greeted. 3rd time… No one ever took my order so I left. Today I placed an order and was told with an attitude they didnt have what I ordered. I asked what was available and settled for something else again. She handed me my box, never told me how much my total was, snatched my money and walked away. She came back and gave me my change, no receipt, no napkins, no smile, no mask, and just walked away. I dont see them being in business long with that kind or customer service or a menu that they can never seem to fulfill. Food is not great either, but then again, I have never got what I. have ordered, so who knows.

The food was great, but they forgot the Mac and cheese. I called to let them know and they informed me that the manager was taking a smoke break and they would give me a call back. They never called me back. My kids were a little disappointed, but the rest of the food was delicious. Definitely worth the money. Would have given five stars.
