This was my first time to visit here. Some of the best hushpuppies. Catfish was great not to salty. She loved the coleslaw. Price was good for the all you can eat catfish. It was 18.99 and well worth it to me. Sorry the photos are taken on the refills not the first plate.

I went on down to the local fish joint exspecting some top tier catfish and some good service, I did end up with that mouth watering cat but the service….. they didn’t even spit in my food when I asked them, they said I can’t have a toddlers chair because I am too old (im 35 BTW). So in conclusion if you want some life altering cat and pups come on down but if you want to have some actual service I’d go to waffle house

This was our first time dining and we will definitely be back!! Fried green tomatoes were perfect. Steak was cooked perfectly to order. Everything was excellent. Our server the Yankee was absolutely the best, very attentive and super friendly. So glad we were told about this hidden jem.

It’s so hard to find a good fried oyster these days and the oysters here were cooked to perfection, kudos to the chef. Our waitress was awesome, very sweet and very attentive, thank you Kristen! Very nice place, very good food, and very relaxed setting. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem.

Great meal and service. Was hesitant to eat there based on some reviews but it turned out to be a great meal. Fish was extra crispy!!!! Jaidyn was a great server. Will eat there again when camping in area.

The food is always delicious, it’s the getting it to you that is the problem. I haven’t been to this restaurant in four years because of the service. We had a party of 6, we were brought on two baskets of hush puppies. The first basket had 6 exactly. 1 per person. Finally received a second basket which had a few more. We asked for another basket because the kids wanted more. Never got them. Ordered all you can eat fillets but had to wait long periods of time for replenishment. It really reminded me why I quit coming there. I asked for a to go plate six times, for my grandbabies food, from three different servers that walked. My son finally had to get loud to get them to give us one. There were not very many people there either. Lesson learned again.

Tried the steak and I’ll stick to the fish. Ribeye was ok. Have eaten here a few times never got the steak (and never will again) ordered with bake potato with bacon and cheese got six bacon bits and a pinch of cheese. I asked for their hush puppies as they are to die for but was told I couldn’t get them even if I payed for them. I had already went to see if they were on menu cashier said I could get some for like $3 to $5. I didn’t argue with the waitress and cashier ask did I get my hush puppies I said no she got me 5 or 6 To go. She got my $10 tip I told her it was hers not the waitress but do as she wished with it. Waitress was slow on drinks and there were only three tables with like 4 waitress. There was no excuse. They stayed in the kitchen door and were talking most of the night. I will say this was the only bad experience we have had. Bring cash or use ATM inside. Only deal in cash.

The fish were very small pieces and we paid high $$$.
Our (me and husband) fish had a rancid taste. The taste from the gray part of the fish. It was all you could eat so we got some more hoping it would be better, they looked like they cooked the trimmings, the taste was not any better. Want go back.
