We went here for Christmas dinner with a party of 8. The place was larger than expected and service was great. We had reservations and they had our table ready right on time. The waiter was friendly and accommodating. Food came out timely and was in point for all 8 dishes. I was very impressed as business as the restaurant was with it being a holiday serving and food was awesome. The whole family agreed this would be our new holiday spot

Outstanding. The food was great but I was really impressed watching the staff work with each other. Like ninjas zooming around supporting each other (not just their own tables). Al was great and manager Shelby was nice to chat with.

I ate her while I was in town with some coworkers. I have to say the service we received was impeccable. 5/5 stars. The atmosphere was classy and comfortable. We spent a couple of hours from 4:00 to 6:00 socializing and meeting with an old coworker. I really enjoyed the ambiance and our booth was very comfortable. The food as a whole was the most disappointing part of the experience, but it wasn’t bad… just not fantastic for the price.
I would go back for the atmosphere and service. I’ll order differently next time and see if I can find a total winner.

Date night and a wonderful experience! Niki was awesome and attentive, drinks were great and flowing.
She had steak, I had meatloaf…Yes meatloaf and it was great! Not too many places offer meatloaf and if they do it’s usually not good.

Excellent meal! A little on the pricey side but delicious! I had the Hawaiian Ribeye and mashed potatoes! 60 dollars is just a little bit too high.

We ate her as a family on Black Friday and had a great time. The food was wonderful. The service was great too. We had 2 toddlers and a baby, and they accommodated all of our needs. They have a great kids menu as well as the high end food for adults. I think you could come here for any occasion. I also like that all the families in the restaurant were able to sit together. That is not the case with all establishments.

We had a great experience last night! I ordered the salmon caesar salad and it was insanely good! My husband got the French dip and he loved it. Service was fantastic or waitress Alexa was so wonderful! All around awesome

First time visiting. I had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and candied carrots. It was so good. Definitely some comfort food. The service was good it was a busy Friday night and only a 20 minute wait. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Charleston’s, and it was all thanks to Maria M. I ordered the filet, loaded mashed potatoes, a salad, and the shrimp cargot & like always, every single bite was truly amazing. Charleston’s already sets a high bar, but Maria took this visit to another level.
Out of all the servers I’ve ever had, Maria shines as the best waiter I’ve experienced in my life. I’m a business owner, and I actively look for employees like her! She was attentive, confident, professional, and genuinely invested in the guest experience. She anticipates needs, communicates perfectly, and carries herself like a leader.
Hold on to her. She’s destined for big things. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if she’s running the place one day. A true player.
