The food absolutely blew me away. I thought I knew what to expect from chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and carrots, but this was like none I’ve had before. The chicken was perfectly cooked with flavorful breading, the gravy was light and tasted like herbs, the potatoes had the skins (my preference) and were deliciously buttery, and the carrots were fresh, large cut carrots cooked to a perfect softness with beautifully sweet flavor. I’m from out of state and I so wish we had a Charleston’s near home. The carrot cake was a little too sweet for my taste, but the first couple of bites were still heavenly.

Everything you would expect. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Was able to get a table immediately. The only issue was the drinks. The bartender was not making drinks well. I asked for a rum and coke and got rum and water with a splash of coke. Could clearly taste and see the water. Other than that everything else was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly and the marinade was so good. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful dinner here with a group of four. Every single one of us loved our meal. The steaks were incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection. The service was also top-notch and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

My husband had the chili, which was great, but the chalula hot sauce he requested did not arrive until he was almost done eating it. We had the shrimp escargo. My husband loved it. Then we split the French dip. We have a rule, if they don’t have prime rib on the menu, don’t order the French dip, because it will taste like re-heated roast beef. Charleston’s serves prime rib on the dinner menu, so the French dip was delicious. Very good coleslaw and fries. I love the way everyone pitches in, so you don’t have to wait much, because there’s always a server around, bringing food, refilling drinks, clearing the dishes.

Me and my family went here to eat for the first time, and I’ll have to say that they definitely earned this 5 star review. The customer service was perfect from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Our table was never neglected, the food was cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor. Compliments to the chef and all of the staff in the entire building you all did wonderful. One of the best dining experiences me and my family has had so far.
