Amazing views! Great food and service. Stopped here for lunch recently. Had a table next to the windows overlooking the battle ship and water front. Tried the peach hot honey shrimp as an appetizer. Very good. Not overly spicy but flavorful. Good sized portion. Had the Southern Caesar salad with chicken. Fresh and flavorful. The mahi tacos with mango salads and cilantro cream sauce were also very good. Perhaps the star of the show forever was the fried grouper BT. Soooooo good! The combination of the bacon, lettuce, tomato, and remoulade on sourdough bread was perfect. The fish was crispy without being greasy and it was tender and moist. Very very good. Our server, Jenna, was friendly and professional. Overall a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

Parking lot is gated, take ticket at gate and ask for validation ticket in the restaurant. No restrooms in the building, they are located outside down the walkway. My husband had the double smash burger. He said it was a very good burger and the bacon was perfectly prepared. I had the shrimp tacos which were very salty. The kettle chips were delicous!

The food was delicious, but the prices didn’t quite match the overall experience. I’ve been to nicer and more upscale restaurants with better food at similar price points, so the value here felt a bit off. The restaurant itself isn’t very fancy—more of a casual, chain-style atmosphere, so the higher prices were surprising.
Our waiter was kind and polite, though there was a slight language barrier that made communication a bit frustrating at times. Overall, the food was good, but the pricing and experience didn’t fully align for us.

Service was slow and inattentive. Window seals were broken caused fogged/hazed glaze and a very poor view of the harbor. Food was tasty. Kettle chips were extra salty- bad.

I dunno about the dinners here but DO NOT COME TO BREAKFAST. Shockingly terrible.
It was $22 per person plus $4 for a small cup of OJ per person, plus tip! Over $60 with tax, I’m not even mad that I had to pay extra, it’s just not worth it.
The building is nice. The view is nice. Breakfast was buffet style with the smallest buffet known to man. It had pancakes and waffles, bacon and sausage. Potatoes, oat meal, some bread items and a tiny amount of fruit. This place is suppose to service the 2 large connecting resorts. Rooms are not cheap. It should be shameful they don’t include breakfast. Even small drive by hotels in Walmart parking lots can do a way better job. Just saying.
The staff was inattentive until they wanted me to leave interrupting a conversation to ask if I was ready for the check. The salt shakers had foreign substance on them. Just overall seemed to not care.
Perhaps it because we are in the off season but I think much can be done here to improve the quality and bring customers flocking to this area in the morning. Again, do not come here for breakfast until they change things. I hope they see this and do better

First off, if you’re a fish house in Charleston, you should be excellent. That was not my experience. The shrimp & grits were awful, oily no cream to the grits & sliced onion & bell peppers on top, NO! I took 2 bites of overcooked shrimp and sent it back. To top it off, my dish was room temp like it had been sitting on a shelf without warming lights. I got the she crab soup & it barely had any crab and was the shallowest bowl I have ever had at a restaurant, more like a cup. No bread with the meal, which was weird and the crackers for the soup were 2 packs of Ritz (no oyster crackers allowed here!) My hubby got the fried cod and the breading was thicker than the fish, but at least it was flaky and not overcooked. The fries were fine just not hot and the coleslaw had broccoli in it (weird).
Our server was very nice & I did not get charged for my food.
Save your money & go elsewhere.

The food and the atmosphere were great. We could not have picked a better night to have dinner at the Fish House. The food was great, we all enjoyed our meals. The host was very knowledgeable and made suggestions. Lastly, the view speaks for itself.

Online reservations are misleading- it gives you the option for ‘standard’ seating or ‘high top’ seating, but once we got there we were told the upstairs has nothing to do with the restaurant, that’s a bar. We were hoping for outdoor seating but it’s ok. Needs to be changed though
Food was good, potatoes were cold and dry-tasted reheated from the day before. Salmon was yummy

There were very few people at the establishment. It took awhile for the waitress to come greet us. When she brought out our drinks, she spilled the overflow on the table and never mopped it up. She was also inattentive or missing during our meal, did not bother to check in with us. She forgot to bring out my she-crab soup and it was included on the bill. When I told her about her forgetfulness, she asked if I wanted the soup to go…… Absolutely not.
I would not recommend this restaurant.
