Overall, Charkor Guys Korean BBQ wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The restaurant itself is clean, and the servers were kind and attentive throughout our meal, which I definitely appreciated.
We ordered Combo B for five people so we could try a variety of meats. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the taste. Most of the meats were pretty bland, and even the marinated options weren’t very flavorful. I’m not sure if it’s the grill or the charcoal they use, but there was a weird taste that seemed to affect all the meats, and I just couldn’t get past it. Some pieces were also very fatty and chewy to the point where I had to spit them out.
The side dishes were just okay. The pasta salad and japchae noodles were both bland, and the salad was a bit too spicy for my personal taste. Since kimchi is already served, I think a lighter green onion spring mix salad would’ve been a nice, refreshing balance.
The highlights for me were definitely the kimchi and the pajeon (scallion pancake). Those were the most enjoyable parts of the meal. Not a terrible experience overall, but with better flavor and meat quality, it could be much better.

Charko Guys absolutely deserves 5 stars!!! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Rudy especially stood out — he was AMAZING! So attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience.
The food was SPECTACULAR!!! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. And when you do the all-you-can-eat option… wow. They bring out SO many sides — you definitely get your money’s worth. Every dish just kept getting better and better.
The environment is the perfect vibe too — modern and upscale, but still casual and comfortable. It’s the kind of place you can dress up for or just come in relaxed and still feel right at home.
10/10 Highly recommend Charko Guys! We’ll definitely be back !

My girlfriend and I ordered the all you can eat KBBQ and it was fantastic! Our server Andrew was awesome, always checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They cook the meats for you here which I like because you can focus on your conversation and let them do the hard work. Meats were high quality and we appreciated they offer half portions so small parties can try more of each item. Would definitely come back!

The staff? Legends. Our waiter was smoother than Korean soju and had better timing than a Netflix punchline. They kept the convo flowing, the side dishes coming, and somehow knew when we needed more lettuce wraps like they had a sixth sense for ssam.

Others were so over-flavored they could’ve been auditioning for a role in a spice opera. It was like the meats couldn’t agree on a genre — bland drama meets salty thriller.
Still, I’d go back. Not for the meats, but for the vibes, the service, and the chance to feel like I’m dining in a KBBQ lounge on Mars.

Had an amazing experience at Charkor Guys! If you’re looking for authentic Korean BBQ with great quality meats and a fun, interactive dining experience, this place absolutely delivers. Everything was fresh, well-marinated, and cooked perfectly on the grill — you can really taste the difference in quality. The banchan (side dishes) were flavorful and kept coming, and the overall atmosphere was lively without feeling overwhelming.
A special shoutout to our server, JP, who made the night even better. He was attentive, friendly, and super helpful with recommendations and grilling tips. His service really elevated the whole experience and made us feel well taken care of.

The food is so delicious here and it reminds me of a home grilled BBQ. I have a great time with my friends and family! They are all attentive, kind, and speedy with their service. I can’t remember their names (thats my fault, I usually come to eat after a long shift), but they are all so good at handling the grill and they help each other too! The last time I went with my family and our server was confident, amicable, and super experienced. The bartender makes AMAZING drinks! There’s a specific gentleman that handles the charcoal for the tables and he is also great. I think the team in the back are spot on, they make delicious banchan, and quick too!

Absolutely incredible experience, we will be back for sure! The menu doesn’t list all the sides that are included but it felt like they just kept bringing dishes out. Salad, roasted corn, spicy rice cakes, macaroni, some kind of cheesy eggs, extra sauces, some kind of little fried cake that seemed to have spring onions cooked into it. We did the AYCE dinner at $39.99 per person which originally I thought was a bit steep but considering all the extra sides you get in addition to all the meat you want and that they cook it for you to make sure it’s just right, I’d say it’s great value! They also gave these little pistachio ice cream pops with the check which were very fun and delicious. The waiters were friendly and nice about answering questions, we didn’t know what hardly anything was at first. They were playing K-pop music videos on the TVs but not overly loud like some KBBQ places, you could easily still have a conversation. Like I said, we will be back!
