Great experience all around at charcoal house. First night got the $10 hamburger and fries special. The burger has a unique seasoning flavor that really makes it stand out. The fries were the perfect amount of crisp firmness. I liked it so much that I came back 2 days later and tried the kabob peppercorn steak. It was good and cooked medium just right. A surprise that was better than expected was the side salad with house made dressing. It was really good! Staff was very pleasant. There’s a really nice outdoor seating area, but it’s too cold when I came. I don’t drink, so no review of the bar area. I’ll be back when I’m in town.

appetizer was adequate; not the worst I’ve had, but not the best. The service was absolutely fantastic. And the atmosphere was a restaurant/bar. If you’re in the area, and are looking for a place to eat, give Charcoal House a shot.

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant out for a while, so on a day off, I had errands to run and decided to order takeout from here. I got the double cheeseburger with a house salad. They were so good. The girl that waited on me was nice, and the inside of the restaurant was very cozy. I would have loved to sit and eat here.

One year ago I gave 5 stars. Today I’m taking them back. I dont know what is happening but the food has turned to trash. My steak was so tough the last time I ate it I thought I was chewing on leather. I was supposed to got a comp meal and did not. Now the last 3 times I have ordered a burger it has still been mooing. The cook needs to go. There is absolutely no excuse for undercooked food. This is a health hazard. Where I once loved this place I now will not return.

We were a table of 5 and 3 of us have food allergies. We all got the special: ribeye, baked potato, and asparagus. They server was so patient with our allergies and all of our meals arrived with the necessary accommodations. We were there Father’s Day and it was very busy and the service was excellent. I ordered 3 orders of the smoked wings. They was so overcooked they was inedible. They was supposed to be habanero mango, there was so little sauce on them there was no spice or flavor. I only ate 4 cause they was that bad. Very disappointed, as I have ordered there before and they was good the first time. So I was excited that they was on sale for $8.

I order over the phone last night picked up my order and steak was way over cooked no steak sauce and ordered loaded bake potatoes and mash potatoes and got Mac and cheese instead no plastic silverware or napkins and ever since than can’t get a hold of any one there.when your spending that much money and they can’t even take ur call it’s super annoying and two times I called it was answered and hung up immediately.
Update they fixed my order so went back today and this is what my Asiago dip looked like basically a bowl of oil.
