Worst rice and biryani we ever had at a restaurant, the rice was very soft and mushy. We make this kind of rice when we get sick. Me and my husband went to a lot of restaurants and we never had this kind of bad service and food before. I would give a 0 if I could!! This place was like fast food but their prices was like like a restaurant. I told them about our food and they only offered us extra bread! We didn’t need the bread and they never apologized to us!! I would never recommended this place to anyone if they are looking for good customer service and food!

The food is pretty good. I liked the presentation, the flavors, the quality of the Lamb Karahi and Naan. Service was friendly, too!

We visited chantilly and was looking for a good restaurant on a Monday late lunch . Many restaurants were closed (because of Monday) and found this one . Google reviews was about 4.1 stars and I was sold on that ..

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Charcoal Chicken in Chantilly, and it exceeded all my expectations. This hidden gem offers some of the most flavorful and succulent charcoal-grilled chicken in town. From the first bite, I could taste the smoky goodness infused into every juicy piece of chicken. The marinade they use is a perfect blend of spices, adding a delightful kick to each mouthwatering bite. The sides are equally impressive, with their fluffy rice and flavorful lentil soup stealing the show. The staff at Charcoal Chicken is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. If you’re a fan of perfectly cooked, flavor-packed chicken, Charcoal Chicken in Chantilly is a must-visit destination.

I’ve been to Charcoal Chicken a number of times, ordered a variety of different dishes, and have always been happy with everything. This weekend they catered for our wedding reception and did a phenomenal job. Our guests loved the food and were highly impressed!

Ordered Butter Chicken, Chicken Karahi, Chicken Seekh Kabab – for 2 adults and 1 toddler. The quantity was not enough – the butter chicken was about the size of a “side dish” that you get at another other decent Kabab restaurant. Karahi was slightly more than the butter chicken but still not enough for 1 adult. Not sure why they added a ton of red food coloring in the butter chicken. Karahi Chicken didn’t Taste like it at all, just regular bland onion+tomato gravy with half-cooked/hard-to-chew pieces of chicken. Taste was mediocre at best. Kabab had absolutely zero flavor and was probably re-heated since the outer layer of the Kabab was hard and chewy. Kabab was just minced chicken with some salt and sprinkled with a pinch of some powder masala – most likely pomegranate powder. Overall, it cost almost twice for half the quantity as compared to other places in the area – I will not recommend this place.
