Best ever lamb chop served here. But also the naan wrap was great. Nice proportion but lamb chops is expensive for price . But overall awesome lamb dishes.

Delicious…. I’ve tried practically everything on the menu and love their food. I’m addicted and come here once a week at least. Their chicken is so moist and flavorful….the beef is really tender with lots of vegetables. The lamb is mouth watering will a butter glaze. Just amazing and must try!!!

I love Charbird! It’s one of my favorite places in Concord! I always order the beef mongols plate over fried rice! The salad is always fresh! Great food and portions are great too!
I never experienced what the below reviewer experienced! I don’t know what kind of food he is used to eating but this place is far from tasting like it came out of a can!

Yessss thank you fellow yelper helpers for this find. Great price and great food! I hope they stay around.
We got the signature rotisserie bird to split between the two of us and upgraded to fried rice and sweet potato fries. After-tax all of that was just $24!
Despite some of the other reviews, our chicken was awesome and we ate all of it. I liked that they had an actual fire in a rotisserie/smoker type contraption behind the counter… it’s the real deal people.
I honestly think the service was fine- they were efficient and straight to the point. High fives and super smiles may not be their style. Give them a try!

The food was so good!
I had lamb fried rice plate, it had plenty of meat and vegetables and a decent heat to it too. Hubby had the pork belly sandwich, he gave me a bite… Yum!
Parking is really tight though, we had to wait for a spot.

The food was really good. We tried the Mongolian Lamb and Hot Chicken wings. Both turned out to be delicious.
Only complaint would be that none of the high chairs had belts that worked.
We certainly plan to visit this place again.

Great food! First time here. Tried the teriyaki chicken burrito, lamb flat burrito, pot stickers and garlic naan. Everything is cooked to order, so it’s very fresh. You may have to wait a bit during busy times, but it’s well worth it! Can’t wait to come back and try the Mongol!!
They are closed from 3-4:30.

Came here during lunch hour. No one in front of us as we walked up to the counter. The woman taking the order was not helpful or very friendly explaining the menu or options. Placed our order, one chicken on rice and one beef kabobs. I paid $16 for my one entree with a soda drink, which I felt to be over-priced. We were on our lunch hour, so 38 minutes after we placed our order, the food was brought out, but the order was wrong (got beef on rice instead of kabobs)…… couldn’t wait for them to fix it (the guy who brought the food out couldn’t speak a word of English anyway), so I kept it. Sliced beef & chicken pieces in some kind of mushroom gravy (tasted like it came out of a can) over rice. Not digging it (Diggers Diner is next door & should have gone there). The atmosphere was pure storefront and cold inside. No Bueno. I will not be back 🙁

The place has great food which is why I gave it 5 stars. The consistency of ingredients can be an issue. I almost always get the chicken burrito. Sometimes it has cooked veggies, and sometimes it doesn’t. That is my only complaint.

Second time visiting yesterday at lunch. First time was great, food was delicious. Yesterday not so much. Waited over 30 minutes for our food….and there were only 2 other customers, one of which already had their food. When we finally asked when me might expect our plates we were told “we have a lot of phone orders”…not exactly the answer we were hoping for. Once our food arrived at 12:50p…we’d ordered at 12:10-12:15 we all had to rush so we could get back to work. In fact 2 of us took our food to go after a couple bites. Was the food good?? My sandiwch was very good, as it was the first time too. The fried rice plates were very bland with hardly any “bird”, maybe an ounce or two. I was sad because I love small business and new restaurants in the neighborhood where I work. Spoke to a few others waiting to pick up food and they even said…you gotta call it in or else you’ll never make it back to work. Maybe encourage patrons to pre order would help in the process. I would hate to see it not succeed because they are so small and obviously understaffed.
