My wife and I stopped into Charanns for an afternoon refreshment and snack. We ordered the potato skins and the Philly quesadillas. We also order a margarita and an old fashion. The food was ok, the drinks were terrible. Both drinks were extremely watered down and really didn’t have any taste. Would we try it again… probably not.
It may be better in the evening or for a game but not my go to place.

We’ve been coming here for 8+ years.. when you walk in everybody is super friendly and welcoming, the finger foods and Philly with the super SPICY PEPPERS is delicious, it’s so spicy but addicting and I have to eat it with any food I eat here. The owner Bethany is the best, she treats you like family with a giant smile on her face. Check out this local bar, you’ll love it

Ordered the chicken Philly and got a steak Philly. Now my group is enjoying their meal and I get my chicken Philly: seems the sandwich was 70% onions. Not even sliced. Sorry. You appetizers were good, but the sandwich was not!

First off I went in last Thursday because I was going to have a birthday celebration with my friends, but due to the rainy weather for Saturday I had to find an indoor area. I have driven by this place many times before but I’ve never gone in so I went in on Thursday night immediately was greeted by Kristen . The bartender, who is extremely sweet and I asked her what time they opened and if I could bring a party of up to 30 people in for my birthday, and she said it would be completely fine and she took my information down so that the owner could give me a call.
I actually stayed ate some food and played bingo with a DJ that plays little excerpts of songs and then you fill out your bingo card and I have to say while I was there I was very calm and I felt like this is the place that has been missing in my life and it felt good to go there alone and just have a good time
When you walk in, it’s just good vibes. You feel it.
Below are from Saturday where I had my birthday celebration and the owner Bethany had called me beforehand to confirm and said she had two waitresses who would be helping all of us and they were amazing because they had to deal with people coming in and out at different times, so I can congratulate and apply them for all their hard work ! Everyone said they had an amazing time there and that they loved it. They loved the atmosphere. They enjoyed the food. They loved the drinks especially the mimosas lol.
I’m so grateful that I was able to celebrate my birthday here and our next event we will be coming back to this place because we all had such a good time!!
Thank you for letting all of my family. Be loud and share laughter on a special day.!!

We live in the metro Atlanta suburbs but if driving within 50 miles of Tampa, Charann’s Tavern is always on the list. Warning, after experiencing the ribeye steak thinly sliced perfectly cooked on the steamed hoagie you’ll be hooked. Truly amazing!

Ordered a ginger ale, ginger ale came out like club soda with a bad taste. Try it again, a little better it was just not ginger ale ordered water instead turns out it’s the water the water has a an awful smell that taste to it. Ordered the cheese steak, cheese steak is 6 in, microwave roll cut in half. Three quarters peppers and onion, one quarter meat. Steak fries were not included, cost $4.50 with 10 small pieces on a tiny plate…..1st and last visit…. sorry

The burger was not that great. The cook placed the hot burger meat & greasy without resting it on the bun and the bun soaked up all the grease making it soggy. Not properly trained. And the bartender bragging about the bread being local and fresh made but that doesn’t make it superior over others and she didn’t ask if I wanted cheese on top and I didn’t and it came with cheese on a build your own.. And liquid smoke is not a substitute for good meat flame broil and natural flavoring garlic salt and pepper. Over rated.
