4 stars across the board. The food was average, the server was buried. She did a good job keeping up, just not help. The chicken came out just barely warm. And the first meals were done being eaten when the last ones came out. We did have a party of 10. So that’s understandable with how far behind our server was. Hard to go back for average food and the higher prices these days. They did get us in quick to be seated. The fried chicken came out hot. Again, just average.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Especially for the service; we had KC as our server and she could not have been any better. We had a party of almost 30 and she handled everybody and everything with amazing grace! Delicious food, great atmosphere, stellar service. 10/10 would recommend!

We visit here frequently. Tonight our server, Courtney, was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Brought us a sample of the new and delicious garlic vinaigrette. Definitely will order that moving forward. I ordered BBQ chicken and she suggested the bourbon glaze- which was delicious and will be my new go to!

Disappointed. Just disappointed. We always go out for Valentines Day dinner as a family before Valentines Day. We decided here because its family friendly, had old fashions and was new to us.
Our waitress was nice and that’s about it.
The food is overpriced. It would be okay if the food was good and its not. Its lower quality with a high quality price. We really wanted to like this place but just couldnt.
Steak was very fatty and chewy. Made my husband feel unwell. The green beans had little flavor. The mashed potato casserole was just onions and cheese. Everything we had was either subpar or not worth eating.
I really hope things improve but as its standing we wouldn’t reccomend or come back not worth the price at all.

Knights of Columbus Council #4587 of Miamisburg has held our Christmas party at Chappy’s each year. The food, service, and ambiance is top notch. Thumbs up all around!

We had my mom’s birthday party at Chappy’s in the party room with the fireplace. The atmosphere was perfect. We elected to do the slider bar which was a buffet of burger sliders, chicken tender sliders, and pulled pork sliders. All the food tasted great! KC and Grace were our servers and they did an excellent job keeping all the food stocked and the drinks coming. Hats off to the bartenders too, Jess and Andrea. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Chappy’s for a party. We were glad we had our party there!

What happened to Chappy’s??
We have such great memories of Chappy’s. One of our favorite things has always been the beer battered chicken tenders. We moved up to Clayton a few years ago and decided to drive down and treat ourselves to some Chappy’s on this cold day. We went on the RESTAURANT WEBSITE to order and saw that it would take 30 minutes for food to be ready, so we waited and ordered at the appropriate time. When we arrived, we were informed that they were short-staffed and that it would be a while. It was… an additional 15 minutes! When we finally got our food, it looked like everything was there, but when we got home – after our 30-minute drive, we discovered that they had NOT included the white BBQ we love; instead, they put in some nasty sauce that is lumpy and tastes weird. The chicken doesn’t look OR taste like it used to! They are breasts, not tenders. I don’t know if it’s the shape that throws off the taste and texture, or if they’re skimping on something else as well, but this is NOT the taste explosion we had been missing! I called to speak to a manager, and her only question was, “Did you order from Doordash?” “No, I ordered from your website.” “Well, that’s Doordash.” “So, you have no accountability?” And – before I finished telling her all of our issues with the $40 meal we just ordered, she hung up on me. Well, we will never have to worry about craving Chappy’s again, because they are not even pretending to give a damn. Such a shame, when we have had so many good memories there…

The waitress was amazing. I had the NY Strip Sreak and it was a little tough and chewy but the sides were amazing. The fried chicken was a big hit. The price was fair for the portion sizes you got. The waitress was on it. The lighting was a little too dark for us old people to see. Overall, id come back and recommend coming again.

Get the Mac and cheese, you won’t regret it! The beer battered chicken tenders were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. That flavor is all there and so good. My steak was cooked to order and the seasonings were just right. The loaded chip appetizer wasn’t my favorite because the BBQ chips were heavy on BBQ flavor, but if you don’t mind that, then that may be a good option for you! We ordered the full size portion. Our server, Deborah, was so attentive and helpful even when we were having issues with payment. She was open to our questions and offered honest suggestions! Definitely ask for her when you go in.
