First time dining here and decided to try out their special menu, the Pesto Burger and it was delish!!! The Pesto taste is not too strong and it goes very well with the sweet sauce. Their staff/manager is super friendly. He took time explaining each menu for us and our 5 year-old boy. Definitely would love to come back here to try other menus again.

We split the 1984 burger and it was juicy and flavorful. The fries were well seasoned and good. We will definitely go again. The behind the counter workers were young but probably some of the most efficient that I have seen. Example: I told the one taking my order that my husband and I wanted to split the burger. He immediately said, “Would you like for that to be cut in half and do you want an extra plate?” Our order came and it was all taken care of. Sad to say this will definitely be my last time getting Chapps.
I’ve come here over a handful of times. Though after the last three times it’s not even that serious for me to keep showing support.
Reviews in regards to the service here is definitely true. Not always are you greeted. Sometimes you’ll be left waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5+ minutes from my past experiences here. When I came here the first time the burger was awesome, fries were awesome everything was great and up to par!
As time continued I would go here often for lunch and after that initial visit the quality and customer service has definitely fallen through the cracks.
Everytime I order online I add all the things to my burger that I want. So far each recent time I went in they forget multiple things on the burger which is bummer knowing we as the customer are getting charged just to not get what we asked for. Not only that but the burger itself will run you $10-$16 depending on what’s all added. Paying that much to not get everything you’re paying for is a bit absurd to me.
The fries happened to always be soggy after my 3rd visit here. Never happened to get them extra crispy let alone fresh since my first time stopping in.
It was good at first but I will not be returning due to the lack in service and the quality of food now a days. I hope they pick it. Back up

Ever since I decided to try Chapps a couple of years ago, this has become my very favorite burger place. I love everything about the burger; it is cooked to perfection and I love the grilled onions and the warm bun. The hand cut fries are hard to stop eating, but they are also very tasty reheated in an air fryer! I love the chill atmosphere of the restaurant and the ’80s music playing softly in the background. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Best burgers hands down. Menu so easy to understand. There’s something for everyone here. Always super clean every time we come. Made fresh. Great for any time. The food is really good and the staff are nice. I struggle with the price being about $22 per person for fries, burger, drink. It’s far more of a gourmet style burger place and if you have the money, it is delicious.

It saddens to post a negative review because the food at Chapps is of good quality. I’m a regular, never had an issue until today. I ordered a drink, but the Dr Pepper was mixed wrong and made me nauseous. I tried a tiny sample of lemonade in my wife’s water cup before refilling my paid drink. When the server brought our food, she pointed at the sample and asked if I “needed to buy a drink,” then repeated it with an attitude when I explained the situation. It felt like we were being accused of taking something we didn’t pay for, even though the drink machine is self-serve. The interaction made us uncomfortable enough to take our food to go. Disappointing experience.

Juicy burgers! All the burgers were well made with quality ingredients. The jalapeños added a nice touch with the burgers.
The mushroom cheeseburger was probably the best.
The Baby Chapp burger is the best value because it includes fries and a more manageable sized 1/4 lb burger.
I’ll knock the burgers for being a little too well done. In addition, some of the fries were slightly over cooked.

I have passed by this location plenty of times (don’t eat many burgers) but I am pleased that I did go here with my family. I crafted my own burger and it was definitely worth it. None of the meals were over cooked or under cooked, they were just right. I will definitely be back but by myself or with husband. Meal can get a bit pricey with everyone.
