Everything was Great. Service was good and everything was made very quickly! I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries and a Tea. My only complaint was the meat was kind of bland. No flavor. I may come back again. But as far as that is concerned the meat isn’t my Favorite. Nice first experience.

We visited Chapps for the first time in over 15 years with our kids the night before Thanksgiving. We used to come here as teens and truly forgot how amazing their burgers and fries were. The food was extremely fresh and the service was above and beyond! Thank you to Justin who served us – he was phenomenal!

Burger was alright to me but lack of flavor.

The burgers were pretty good here: normal burgers, nothing fancy or special, but still good. The sweet potato fries were good and crispy. I think they flour their fries before frying to give them a nice crunchy coat. Service was great, staff friendly. Dinner was clean, a good burger joint. 3 people- 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 3 drinks were about $50.

Went late right before closing got the Knockout burger and fries. Burger was half price with side purchase grand opening special. The patty itself was large and seasoned and was all of a half pound. Typically burgers just get salted this patty had a definite seasoning mix which I enjoyed. The bin was light and did fine conveying the ingredients to my mouth without falling apart or being to bready. Overall very good burger. The fries seemed good a didn’t really get to try but a couple as my wife gobbled them up pretty quick. The burger made it home better than the fries but both did well. 4 stars because the burger came as on the menu. Typically burgers here seem to be a la carte make as you want since I had a pre-designed one I didn’t even think but it had no condiments no ketchup, mayo, mustard? I fault me and the menu design on that one. Overall tasty and filling so go again. Also price is normal for this type of establishment not good or bad although I always think double digits for a hamburger is rough.

My first time here. I really liked the simplicity of the menu. You pick your protein, weight (1/4 lb or 1/2 lb), white or wheat bun, cheese choice and toppings.
The pricing was very reasonable considering this IS NOT a basic fast food burger. Figure about $10-12 for the burger. Fries are $3 but they’re hand cut and delicious! Roughly what you’d expect to pay in a casual brewpub-type restaurant.
I got a 1/2 beef burger, white bun, cheddar, and all the toppings. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! Piping hot, cooked fresh to-order, soft bun, properly seasoned beef. Yum! I can’t wait to go back!!

The home cut fries were tiny pieces. Like the ones that slip to the bottom when frying a batch. Not sure what kind of potato cutter you have or use, buy i suggest you stop.
I ordered a turkey burger and can say having spent $45.00, I can make a better ones at home for half the cost.
The customer service was good. Food. Not at all.

Regardless of your “elevated” options, the price to feed a child a cheeseburger in a restaurant with your vibe and level of service is steep. Just providing customer feedback.

One thing that really surprised us: the kids’ meal doesn’t even include a burger, which seems like a big miss for a burger restaurant. On top of that, when our children politely said “thank you” on the way out -something we always encourage; the staff didn’t acknowledge them at all.
For the prices charged and the lackluster service, we won’t be back, even though the burger itself was solid.

If you’re looking to build your own burger, stop here at Chapps Burgers. They have the Nolan Ryan patties thats seasoned to perfection good. Also, try the fries with the works. It’s really good too.
