It was my first time here. I ordered the bacon cheese burger with all the toppings (lettuce, grilled onion, tomato, pickles, mustard, and mayo), and honestly, the burger had no flavor. The pickles overpowered everything. The hamburger was dripping grease, and it was falling apart. My fries were soggy with grease. I did not finish my fries, because how greasy they were, so I threw it away. Whataburger does better with their patties, and its a chain establishment. x1 Hamburger + x1 Fries = $15+ (no drink). You can get a more flavorful hamburger at a fast food joint at a lesser cost. I would not recommend this place. I rate this place a 2☆.

We decided to try Chapps Burgers for the first time, and we loved it!! The burgers are so good that we talked about those burgers all the way home, and we will be back again soon. They were cooked perfectly, and they cook with Nolan Ryan Beef. The best burger I have had in a very long time and will not forget. They even slice their mushrooms thin just how my husband likes it. The best part is that it is right off 360 and on my way home from work.

The warm welcome at the counter was a bit cold, the restaurant was clean and the experience was just ok. The Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast with grilled onions was tasty, the sweet potato fries not so much. The Turkey Burger not a fan. The highlight of this experience was the friendly delivery of the food by the kind gentleman. That was much appreciated. I tried this restaurant simply because someone asked me to.

We got it togo and it was all good. The place is clean. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter. We ordered salads with extra toppings like grilled mushrooms and grilled jalapeños. And we ordered the works. All was perfect.
