We saw bubble waffles advertised on the windows walking by and stopped to try one. So glad we did! It was a delicious and fun treat. I got the banana nutella waffle with cookies and cream ice cream. Large portion and quality ingredients, it was so yummy! Sitting area is small but service was quick and atmosphere is pleasant. Next time we will be back to try the boba

Chaplus Modern Tea Room in Anaheim was such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The space has a modern look but still keeps that cozy tea room vibe.
The food and drinks were beautifully presented and tasted just as good as they looked. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they care about quality and detail. The tea selection was excellent, and the flavors were smooth and well balanced.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The staff made us feel comfortable and took time to explain menu items when needed.
Overall, this is a perfect spot for a relaxed afternoon, a date, or catching up with family and friends. Highly recommend if you are in the Anaheim area. Five stars all the way.

Amazing tea place. Staff was vey kind and the environment was very welcoming. I got the bubble waffle thing and it was soooo refreshing on a hot day with fresh fruit, 10/10. 100% would recommend. Prices and sizes also really good!

Chaplus Modern Tea Room is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved the creative menu, they offer way more than your typical bubble tea shop. The drinks are super aesthetic and thoughtfully crafted, especially the ones with cheese foam and fresh fruit. I tried the strawberry matcha and the brown sugar boba latte, both were rich, balanced, and not overly sweet.
The vibe inside is modern and cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere perfect for hanging out or studying. Staff were friendly and helpful, and service was quick even though the place was fairly busy.

Today was our second time here, we visited for the first time yesterday. Both of the days we’ve had very good service, the staff was very welcoming and engaging. The coffee was good, we had the Vietnamese coffee made with condensed milk. Today we tried the strawberry Nutella bubble waffle! It’s not overly sweet but delicious. Love the ambiance of the shop!

Excellent boba with some fun flavors and very high quality boba pearls. I very much appreciated that they also ask you for your preference on sweetness level and ice level. The strawberry matcha drink and Hokkaido caramel milk tea were both excellent. Highly recommend stopping by

Chaplus Modern Tea Room was a huge disappointment. The entire experience felt unprofessional from start to finish, and I was especially concerned with how unsanitary the owner, Tina, appeared to be while handling things. It made me really uncomfortable and ruined the visit. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about basic cleanliness or customer service.

The drinks here are delicious, easily customizable, and appropriately priced for the high quality. The owners and employees are very kind and you can really tell how much they care about their business by their treatment of customers and the quality of their ingredients. They go out of their way to ensure you are having a good experience and are satisfied with your order. They are very cheerful, appreciative, and sweet which creates a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere in the shop. I also love how beautifully decorated the interior is. Truly a wonderful experience.
