Rudest waiters I’ve ever seen! Toto was our waiter. He, and the other waiter were completely and totally rude and condescending. They made us feel like we were annoying them by trying to order and then asking for some sour cream, which they never brought but charged us for. We noticed they were treating other customers badly as well. The food was ok, not great. I’ve never seen anything like this before in all the places I’ve dined and I cant believe they are still in business. I thought they were going to spit in my food. I feel sorry people who are so miserable that they treat people badly. I will never be back.

We went here for my mother’s birthday and, without asking, they smeared cake in her face. Beyond that the service is always sub par for what it is. Definitely not worth going out of your way for.

Service was rude asked for more salsa and was told you already have some and when they did bring more there was very little in the bowl. The cheese sauce was cold when brought out to the table and watered down. I will go to Taco Bell before I come back here again

Everyone raves about the food, but I was not super impressed. The menu is more limited than other Mexican restaurants. I ordered flautas and this was the first ever Mexican restaurant that used more vegetables than meat. In fact, it was first Mexican restaurant I have been to that used vegetables period. Would have been nice if they mentioned it on the menu as I was expecting chicken which is what I orederd.

Came here and it was my friends birthday so we told them and they said okay and Walked away … there supposed to sing happy birthday like they say they will and they did quit the OPPOSITEEE and didn’t give her a sombrero .

We had a delicious meal at Chapala Mexican Grill for a late lunch. We all ended up getting the same thing. They got our food to us very quickly after we ordered. One of the best things about eating here is the unlimited amount of tortilla chips and salsa! Yum!
