Disappointed in service. I went after work ordered a pollo feliz plate. Sat inside restaurant to wait not less than a foot away from order counter. 15 minutes go by nothing. I saw a worker come out and put a package on the counter, 10 minutes longer no one comes to the check in counter. I go look at the label on the bag and it is what I ordered yet there was no one around to say anything to. I grab the bag and leave. No fajitas wrap were in the bag. Sad

Got sat in the lobby of the hotel where kids were screaming in the pool, never got half of my order. Barely got a discount when pointing out that I barely got any of my food. would not recommend

I have heard great things about this new restaurant so wanted to try it. The interior looks great and there was a decent crowd eating on a Tuesday afternoon. I got my order to go.
The grilled chicken menu looked amazing so I tried the Pollo Cancun. When I got it home I couldn’t have been more disappointed. A thin and extremely dry split chicken breast with a bunch of mushrooms that were barely cooked, and both were coated in seasoning. It looked like it was sprinkled on right before serving. It definitely felt like it needed a sauce of some kind.
I also tried the Camaron salad. The shrimp was fine, but the avocado was absolutely awful. They chose hard, unripe avocado and didn’t peel them right so I kept biting into the skin.
The only good thing was the chicken quesadilla, which is a pretty low bar.
I will try again sometime in the future but it’s going to be a while. This was not a good first experience. Had I eaten it there I would have sent both entrees back and asked for something else.

Who would have thought a Mexican restaurant inside of a hotel would be any good? Not me. The food was very good and the service was amazing. Everything arrived quickly, and hot, which was impressive for a Saturday night around 6. It’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Don’t be scared to eat Mexican from a hotel, trust me on this one.

Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time. The food was good! The flies were so bad we packed up our dinner to go and finished it at home. When we got our check we realized we had been charged for draft beer instead of bottles. We will not be going back!

Whilst staying at the adjoining hotel, we came here twice for some dinner and it did not disappoint! A happy smile greeted us as we walked in and there was no waiting… seated straight away. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The décor gives the place a great feel and atmosphere.
