Their fried chicken is pretty special. Deli sandwiches are great! The mashed potatoes with gravy was also enjoyable. Chinese dishes are tasty if not necessarily authentic. Wait time is pretty short and there is usually good amount of searing.

Its truly amazing that this place is still open. The guy at the register is bored out of his mind and half a sleep when you place an order. The food is a hit or miss. It really all depends on what your getting. I got the fried chicken, which was great. I also got a super burger which wasn’t packed anywhere near the same way the chicken was and 5 min later the burger was ice cold. Not only that is the burger was bland and over cooked. Not only that is while they packed it up to go they never once included napkins or utensils or a plate.

Chop a Nosh used to be awesome, was packed all the time and food great and was something to enjoy. the variety of all kinds of dishes, especially if you crave stake, chinese or southern baked or fried or even grilled. We can hold on to nostalgic moments, time to time I ordered take out chines mostly. I also ordered fried chicken it was good to. However last time I ordered fried chicken
when I opened the bag was very disappointed and frustrated. its as if a trust was gone and the memory is now desecrated. Anyway when I opened up the bag of the fried chicken wings that
I ordered looked to be as if it was literately garbage. I was discussed and wanted to call them up and complain, but was to busy to be dealing with this crap. In any event just wanted to post and share my thoughts about the good times in chap a nosh and now the bad.

Food has remained the same here forever, reliable decent food but not updated. Very friendly service at the counter but no table service. Sesame chicken is the best item I’ve had here and would recommend it.

Typically walk-in and order. Place can be freshened up. Food is on the pricier side but otherwise no complaints

We recently made a Sheva Brachos at YunKee (next door) and unfortunately cannot recommend them. The employees are not only rude they are also putting the owner at serious financial risk.

During speeches the waiters are either intentionally being loud and disruptive or oblivious to their surroundings. When serving they are rude as well. Do they just hate their job or hate the people they are serving?

To cap the night off, they started shutting off some lights at 9:40pm and then completely shut off all lights at 9:45pm. The contract they have you sign is explicit that the party ends at 10pm. Why are the employees willing to risk having people trip in the darkness? Are they looking for a lawsuit?

They stopped selling hot dogs. Can’t take kids here anymore. Was our favorite restaurant. On to other places.
