I have to come to Chaos’s Kitchen at least once a week! I truly believe this could be the best breakfast burrito in town! Perfect combination of egg chile and plenty of thick bacon!
They make their own chile sauces and the flavor of all of them is so unique and exceptional. You can taste all of the fresh ingredients in their tacos, and of course….. the ceviche!! Get outta here this place is so good.

When I tell you I believe this is some of the best food in New Mexico. You guys have got to try this place. We had the fish tacos (I always thought Cali had thr best ones but these are amazing just asked for extra aoli), carnitas tacos also amazing, mango adovada tacos which I liked and my husband loved! (Im not thr biggest adovada fan but even I thought they were so good. We also tried the carne asada torta…my God that is a MUST!

I was able to enjoy the best fish tacos while attending the book fest at the abq collective. Fresh ingredients, crispy and flaky fish, and the mango slaw were the perfect touch. These hit the spot on a warm day at such a nice event. 10/10

So me and my husband have tried many food trucks here in Albuquerque and were terribly disappointed so imagine our shock when we see a giant red chicken on the side of a food truck and figured we’d give food trucks one more try. Oh my God is the food so good! My husband got the mango adovada quesadilla and I ordered the barbacoa torta. The mango habanero salsa that came with the quesadilla was a perfect offset to the perfectly salty adovada. The barbacoa was so juicy and the meat on both our lunches was so tender, no chunks of chewy slimy fat like you sometimes get. The portions are so big we could only manage to finish half and the prices are so cheap for the portion sizes. The guys were so friendly and were so quick! It was just surprisingly perfect in every way and we will absolutely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

This food truck is a MUST! Green chile bacon burrito damn near knocked my socks off!! Carne asada tacos are freaking delicious!! Highly recommend you find this place. Owner has excellent customer service and made all our food to perfection. We will be back frfr.
