I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. It’s an authentic Chaoshan hotpot, with a delicious clear broth that has excellent flavor. The meat quality is fresh and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. The rice noodles have a perfect chewy texture, and the portion size is just right. The tea is exceptionally good.

The chopsticks are a bit too thin and short, making it somewhat uncomfortable to pick up food. The dipping sauce can become too rich if you eat too much of it, and it’s quite sweet – best paired with vinegar and chili sauce.

Have lunch here a group of friends here for the first time. I guess the atmosphere and the service is ok as expected at simple noodle house. Nothing exceptional of course. Food is ok, I had the house special 4 items noodles. Large bowl, hard to finish.
Overall, it feels like everyone is in a rush, the place is loud like a market, waiters will rush you for sure. But again, this is expected.
Nothing much to add, if you want a hot bowl of Chinese noodle, chiu chow style and you’re in a hurry, then this is it. Reasonable price and lots of food!

Parking is very tight so you might have to park on the street.

Overall, the other dishes we ordered tasted pretty good and were enjoyable.
However, I was disappointed with the double skin milk dessert. It cost $6, the portion was very small, and unfortunately the taste was not good.
I hope the restaurant can improve the quality and portion size of this item, because everything else was decent.

Authentic Chaoshan flavor! This is my second visit — last time I had hotpot, and this time I tried their signature clear beef noodle soup. The presentation is clean and refreshing, the broth is rich and flavorful, and everything tastes amazing. They also serve complimentary tea in individual mini teapots, a unique touch of Chaoshan kungfu tea culture. Very enjoyable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MY FAVORITE SPOT for Chaoshan style beef soup in LA! Literally everything I’ve tried here is so good We keep coming back!

Combo A (Beef Hotpot)
Our go-to choice! Savory, flavorful soup that’s exceptionally comforting, especially on a cold chilly day.
Add Kway Teow (Rice Noodles) for the ultimate satisfaction! (Soak it in and take it out quickly, don’t leave it boiling for too long)

Pan Fried Taro Cakes
Crispy and savory on the outside, chewy and sweet (and hot!) on the inside. I love this appetizer (deliciousness loaded with carbs lol)!!
Special Chaozhou Platters is a solid choice as well! More variety to try out.

Shacha Sauce Beef Ribs
Sauce-flavored and delicious, satisfying choice for the carnivore cravings. Note the potion is big- it comes with 2 ribs.

Just writing this makes me want to go back… Please give this place a try and you won’t regret it!

Great food if you like this Chao style. They have gender beef, and wide riClce noodle. They also have signature dishes other than just noodle.
If you think their soup is too light, you can always add sauces for free. They serve hotpot too.

This place was packed on Friday night. I like the atmosphere here because there’s a crowd here, and I’m enjoying it. the hot soup here and talking. Parking is really hard to find. Service is good this time but can be rough when it’s very busy. The price is decent depending on what types of food you ordering. The chicken soup here is very good which is very recommended. The starter special is good especially the deep fried ball. Oysters Pancake is very good especially to remind me of the hometown flavor. Beef fried rice is very good and well flavored. House special beef noodle soup is ok but not my flavor tho. I recommend people to try the soup or oysters pancake when the winter comes.

Update sept 2024,
We gave this restaurant another try after the negative review from last time. It seems now the attitude is better now. We got seated right away around lunch time. Upon seating, you will get their complimentary hot tea. It was nice and cute tea pot. But we think it was too small, if you drink lots of tea in between meal. But the good thing is they will refill your tea so you have constant hot tea. Good for cold weather. We had their beef noodle soup and cuttlefish fish noodle soup. Both were goods. In terms of the soup, they are all the same just the ingredients and meat preferences on each one. Soup is sweet and very warming. Also, there is sauce station, where you can get their sauces. Highly recommend their chili garlic and spicy Sacha sauce. Taste goods with their soup noodles. For parking, it was little small, maybe about than 15 to 20 spaces and street parking could be hit or miss since it was on the residential area. We will come back for another try for other dishes next time.

The service was terrible. The staff started clearing our table and asking for payment before we even finished our meal, making us feel rushed and disrespected. Prioritizing table turnover over customer experience was rude. The owner should focus on training staff on proper service standards, especially regarding customer courtesy
