What a cozy, beautifully decorated restaurant in Stone Harbor! Outstanding food and exceptional service. Perfect location at the end of the main road with a parking lot next door and a wine & spirits store 2 doors down (it’s a BYOB). Opted for the Chef’s Tasting Menu and it’s definitely the way to go!
Absolutely gorgeous variety of flavors and preparations all pulled together to allow you to enjoy every course and bite. The chef tasting menu tonight featured a few of the courses on the regular menu, so if you just want one course definitely order either the Rare Seared Yellowfin Tuna, or the Crab Orecchiette pasta or the House Cut NY Prime Strip- all AMAZING! Honestly every single course and bite was AMAZING! Service was friendly at just the right amount of attentive from the hostesses, the food runners (who all explained each dish beautifully) and a special acknowledgment to Natalia- she is a gem and made the evening even brighter. Definitely go…can’t wait to go back!

I have lived here year around for 25 years and this by far was the best meal I have ever had. Let’s be honest, the islands are riddled with mediocre food places but have good business because people don’t have a choice. If you are a foodie, and I mean a real foodie, this is where you need to be. If they wanted a Michelin star, they could get one. This is real French inspired food that is prepared with love and care. You can tell the chef puts his whole heart into every plate he lets leave the kitchen. The atmosphere is homey and fancy at the same time. I have been here for dinner and for their brunch. There is no other place on any of the islands that have a brunch like theirs. This is where you want to go for an elevated experience. For both of my dining experiences I had Natasha as my server. I cannot possibly speak high enough about her. She is your friend as soon as you walk into the door and her ability to take care of you as a diner is unmatched. She is professional, caring, hilarious, and just exceptional at her job. This is a place where I would walk into and not need a menu, I give my full trust to the staff and the chef and would feel comfortable saying “I will take whatever you recommend.” Just enjoy the experience and be willing to try new things. It is possible to have more than just a bowl of pasta on the islands. Do yourself a favor and book a reservation for the summer and start planning your date night outfit now. (And you have to take a cute selfie in their bathroom…you just have to)

This place is located at the entrance of Stone Harbor so convenient! It’s a small, cozy restaurant. The ambient lighting adds to the experience. Prices seemed reasonable for SH. Our server Natasha wasn’t very enthusiastic and seemed very uninterested in attending my party. That made our experience less pleasant, having a friendly server usually makes any experience better. Would not return but do recommend for others to try!

We had a very nice meal at Chanterelle as my wife and I celebrated our Anniversary. The restaurant was a perfect place for a quiet meal even on a Friday evening at the end of the Summer. I had the Surf and Turf (Crab Cake and Filet) that was excellent. My wife had the Duck and while it was good, it really wasn’t “crispy” as stated on the menu. Our server, Natasha, was outstanding. Very attentive and so personable. I would go back to the restaurant just to have her as our server again.

What an incredible dining experience. The transformation of this space into the elegant, welcoming restaurant it is now is so impressive. Each detail, from wallpaper to table decor, lets you know it was carefully selected and you can feel the love that was put into this place.
From the moment we walked in to the moment we departed, we felt welcome and knew we were in good hands. The bread, first course, second course, and ice cream for dessert were all great! I felt like some of the menu items were going to be adventurous choices for my sometimes basic palate, but I was delighted with every dish.

This new restaurant exceeded my expectations. From the friendly hostess to the knowledgeable servers to the creative chef. The truffle potato leek bisque was smooth, creamy, and delicious. We tried the New York strip and the pan roasted poussin/chicken. Both cooked and plated beautifully. The space is very cute too. Cute mushroom artwork throughout the restaurant and the bathrooms. We will definitely be back!
