I visited Oregon a few weeks ago and my family and I were craving for Chinese food. I called in advance to have some questions answered and the young lady who picked up the phone was extremely helpful. We decided to go for a Family Style A for 5, and a side of Salt and Pepper Tofu. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted by the same lady who helped me earlier. The place was busy as it was dinner time but the staff remained very polite and professional. I was even offered a small hot soup while waiting for my order to finish cooking. Excellent hospitality. The food was amazing. I’ve never heard of Mother’s Chicken before but that was the highlight of our meal. Everyone loved it. The salt and pepper tofu was also excellent. I recommend eating that right away since it’s a battered food. The paper chicken was a unique item we’ve never had before. I ordered some pork fried rice without the pork and it still ended up being absolutely delicious, along with their chow mein. This is a gem of a place. I’ll be writing here all day if I continue describing each item we had. We spent about $130 to feed 10 people and we still had leftovers. Highly recommended! I’ll be sure to check in everytime I visit Redmond moving forward.

Food was delicious and fresh and for the price the portions were huge! Each plate was enough to feed two people and we still were able to take a good amount of leftovers home. Our server was incredibly nice and patient with us (we were a big party) and she made sure we were all taken care of.

I was craving American Chinese food, and Chan’s hit the spot. I got the dinner combo #4, which had beef & broccoli, fried shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and pork fried rice. If you dine in you get a soup included (egg flower or hot and sour). The portion size was great, and the meal was hot and fresh. I want to also praise the waitress employee who was very attentive, friendly, and working hard. Thank you for the food and excellent service!

The food is good. Being from California and finding good Chinese food and Mexican food is really hard in Oregon. This place is legit. I enjoyed the food. The service was good The atmosphere was pretty good. Folks are busy all day long so you know the food is fresh. I had a good experience here

Chan’s has the best Chineese in town. Arguably it’s not a high bar here in Redmond. The food is tasty, well made, and ready quickly. The service is very average. Turn over appears to be high in the front of the house and it’s never the same waitress and they are always pretty unfriendly.

Pretty dang good. Just moved to Redmond and ordered from Chans for the first time. We got take out on New Years Eve. The order was packaged well. They wrapped the boxes so we had no leaks. Huge helpings. Huge in that we will be eating it for the next 2 days. We ordered more food than we actually needed for the 3 of us, but we couldn’t decide. Their food was much tastier and aesthetically pleasing than other Chinese restaurants we’ve tried in town.
