Well, I used to give this establishment 5 stars. This was the go-to place for Chinese food. Today…they really hosed up my order. I had to take my order back for them to “make it right”. I did, checked my order before leaving and it was correct. The cashier was not courteous at all and told me it was extra $ for adding the items that they messed up. I didn’t pay anything else since THEY messed up big time…Check out what I got after I got home with my food. A bite out of my chicken and what looks like a pubic hair. Never, NEVER will I go back and I certainly don’t recommend this place l. It’s my last time. Check out the photo.

We came at the end of the day..right before closeing time. The Staff was extremley friendly…and the food is delicious. Except out order was wrong. :/
We ordered.. their special of the day which was “Chinese Vegetables” with chicken and rice. We ordered Orange chicken. And General tyso with egg rolls. Fried rice and crab ragoon.
☆The FOOD IS ABSOLUTLY DELICIOUS☆
BUT instead we got sweet n sour chicken..and like a gravy chicken… not spicy tyso.. I Believe it was just a communication error… and the end of the day. Im honna call them to see if they could fix the order somehow.. ill update to let you all know if they comp us with the correct order.
But..i will definatley be eating here again..it has a cute intimate deating area to dine in..

Never eaten here before. Ordered via Door dash. Asked for the door bell ring. Nope. Didn’t happen. I was sick and ordered what is usually one of my favorite comfort foods.I had ordered my fav. Lomein. Extra charge for vegetables? Not ever been charged for vegetables. Most meals come with an egg roll and soup. Not here. They charge for everything. Even the fortune cookie! Come on! Will never ever order, or eat here again. Oh, did I mention that I ordered pot stickers and got those cream cheese things. The veggies were good that’s about it.

This was my first time trying this place, it was OK but not impressive. The crab cheese were stuffed and looked very appetizing, but when I bit into one, there was an off smell and taste that I can’t pinpoint and the filling was just plain cream cheese. The almond Boneless chicken combo had the same smell and taste as the crab cheese, leading me to think maybe it’s from the fryer oil? Taste was a little bland, I had to douse the rice with extra soy sauce. Egg roll was good but saturated in oil, to the point the yellow oil dripped out of the bottom and onto my shirt. The saving grace of my first visit was the wonton soup! It definitely didn’t look like any wonton soup I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to A LOT of Chinese restaurants, but it was delicious! I had to rethink my mindset of what I expected, because this was more of a vegetable wonton soup and not traditional of other restaurants. Prices were fair. Workers friendly.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had…and I’ve had bad Chinese food. Just moved to the area and this was recommended by the leasing agent and after a long day of moving from out of town, I was starving. Ordered orange chicken with fried rice and was super disappointed. The place looks pretty unsanitary and the whole dish was VERY bland. The rice seemed days old and mushy. The chicken was very unappetizing and felt like I was biting into a tasteless ball of slime.

We order the orange chicken a few times a month. The last 3 times we have gotten the chicken is very over cooked. It’s very tough and difficult to chew. We are going to order again tonight, in hopes it will be like it used to be. If not, then we will have to discontinue ordering from here. Omani and egg rolls are amazing.

Chan’s used to be such a good place to eat. But the past couple times my wife and I ordered carryout, the food has been really bland. Almost no taste. The only plus side is the food was hot. Like fresh hot.
