I adore homemade food, and this is about as homemade as you can get!
I found Chanisa on Facebook and messaged them for more information. An hour before they opened, I got a message from the restaurant saying I could order through messenger. Very cool!
We got the pad thai, pad woon sen, the steak special, and the crab rangoon rolls.
All bloody delicious!
I recommend all of them to be ordered as “hot”. It’s not too terrible, but I will leave you panting and dying for a cool drink.
The customer service, the homestyle cooking, and the delicious result have me hooked. I’m going to try and make Chanisa’s a weekly treat.

Chanisa’s Thai dishes are excellent! Always a treat whether getting our regular dinners or trying something new. The spring rolls are really good, especially with Chanisa’s homemade sauce. Also the desserts, the sticky rice with fruit, are a perfect ending!
As for recommendations, there are several dishes not listed on the below questionnaire. The soups, other noodle dishes, etc. have all been great.

The Pad Thai is by far the best I’ve ever had, bar none. Absolutely love it and the couple are so very nice and very welcoming. I just hate that they’re mostly open only one day a week but it is a side gig for them so I get it. Keep it up!

My wife and I ate here on the first day they were open. The first day open this place was the beat Thai food we have ever eaten. I can tell you there are no shortcuts taken at this food truck. I had the Number 4 and my wife had the Number 1. They were both great. The price in really really good for the amount of food. And the Thai Tea with sweet cream is perfect for when the heat starts. Will be eating here frequently.

This is great authentic Thai food. It is very reasonably priced with large portions. I think we’ve had everything from the menu at this point and enjoyed every one. They have special dishes that can sell out early. It’s hard to decide on a favorite but I think the wings or the white thai soup takes it for now. The pad thai is good cold so I always get one along with my order to take leftovers for lunch. And don’t forget to try the Thai tea.

The food is delicious. Pricing is good. Very nice to get spring rolls with the meal. We might as have well have ordered the menu. We had pad Thai, panaag curry, pineapple fried rice and chicken cheese rolls. The heat is no joke. I can handle myself around a pepper and I felt the medium; still added more heat but be aware. The containers are really nice. No worry’s about the curry spilling in the car. Portions are profound. I’m excited to watch this truck grow and develop their process.
I have 2 suggestions to improve. 1. Ask if people need plastic ware. It was a waste as we went home. 2. Make a small enclosure or sound block for the generator. It is incredibly loud. Even closing the tailgate of the truck would block it by the kitchen window. It could go behind the truck. Ear level and close to the order window isn’t a great spot for it.
I will stop here again and again.

Good was phenomenal again.
I want a JAR of the sweet and sour sauce. Seriously.
There needs to be a way to let people know their food is done. Put the numbers on a digital board or something.

I love the food! I’ve had the Pad Woonsen which is my favorite and the Pad Thai is good too! Today they delivered to my house and it was so nice not to have to get out in this cold weather! Definitely should try it!
