Food was so fresh and delicious.
Service was on point. Gentle man up front joked with us. And our waitress was on point. The cook was all smiles.
Atmosphere was welcoming for sure. 10 out of 10 would recomend.
Weve been to many changes lately and this one hands down has been the best. The flavor of the seasonings (liquids) were not watered down like every place we’ve been.

I have been coming to this location for the better part of 15 years and the service these past few years has just completely gone downhill. Every time I come the food is great but I’m disappointed with the service, I brought my daughter in for her birthday this evening and ended up having a party of 20 people show up which I wasn’t expecting so I was going to make sure that our server was taken care of accordingly. The deal was that everyone was responsible for paying their own way, not a problem all meals were paid for, but apparently no one tipped or didn’t tip her the way she felt she should have been. I didn’t fully understand but our server approached me and said and I quote “no one in your party tipped so you will need to tip on their behalf”. Absolutely and completely inappropriate! First off, tips are not required it is a courtesy and her service was not even worth 20% tip as a courtesy but I was willing to overlook that originally. Second, it is not someone else’s responsibility to pay the tip just because the rest of the party who was responsible for paying for their own plates didn’t. Like seriously, how dare she try to say I needed to tip her for them. I used to be a server and if I had approached a customer and said that I would have gotten fired for it. Literally the only reason I come back to this restaurant is because of the food, definitely not the service. I wish I remembered the servers name she needs to be better trained on customer service.

2 grandparents & 1 young grandson, bill $100. Waitress forgot the drinks, so we asked a 2nd time and she delivered at end of meal. I asked for a paper cup to go. She declined and said their policy is No Take Home. I would have to re-order and pay again for drinks. There are too many other places to go. Bye.

The food was good. The selection wasn’t very large but what they had was fresh. The soups were very bad. I had hot and sour and I can’t even tell you what it tasted like and my husband had egg drop and it looked like white water soups. It was just not a good soup day.

This is the 2nd time we have had this happen at this location, one of our family members did not eat. When we went to pay, was treated like criminals, 1st time took forever, final said they checked camera said we were good…. 2nd time they check with some one. The bill was nearly 200.00 and to be treated like criminals was ridiculous.
Not sure we will ever return. And have been going to changs for many many years.

The staff was so kind!! This is our 2nd year coming for our birthday dinner. The cook always looks like he enjoys his job. The waitress we had was an absolute sweetheart! I totally recommend this place for a small and easy birthday dinner.

We love Chang’s! We’ve been dining here for many years, and we’ve enjoyed consistently great service. The cold food buffet is always well-stocked and clean. The chefs are skilled and entertaining to observe. The hot tea is amazing, and we appreciate the delicious little bowl of ice cream that’s brought to us at the end.

Super friendly & attentive – which made the outing even more enjoyable, plus the delicious food put me in a food coma because I couldn’t stop at one round!
