Nice place. Service was pleasant. The presentation of the food was very appealing. We had the shrimp with lobster sauce and sesame chicken. The shrimps were big and succulent, but the sauce was a little bland. The sesame chicken was crispy and fresh however this was not the thick red sweet garlicky sauce I’ve had on this dish at other restaurants , it was thin, not sweet and more like a soy sauce. Overall good experience, will try other entrees in the future.

I had ordered two Entrays for my husband and I. I ordered stir-fried vegetables to go with my meal. So my husband picked up the order. I went to serve it up to see that my vegetables where not included. So I looked at my receipt I saw both entrays and vegetables included with my order all for one price. So I called to inquire about my order. It was then I noticed that they put vegetables but didn’t charge me yet didn’t include the vegetables. So I asked to talk to the manager. They wouldn’t come to the phone. So I asked could they accommodate me by at least giving me a refund for the portion of my order that wasn’t included despite it being on receipt. They said no because I wasn’t charged. Most establishments are willing to make ammends. Yet this being their error, they expected me to come back with a meal I already had served up which I informed them of the inconvenience. Still no, so I was told to make sure that I request vegetables. I did three times by placing the order it wouldn’t have been on the receipt. Apologies were given by the wait time and mentioned something about next time. I said there will be no next time. Due to the way they treat customers when it was their fault not ours. They just lost two customers.

In the land of corn, pigs and cheese balls, every so often it’s nice to take yourself or the Fam out to a peaceful restaurant and dine on some fresh, tender veggies and delicate meat lavished in a tasty sauce. Find yourself in Humboldt? Chang’s is the place. Delicious hot and sour soup and appetizer, steamed rice and the Princess Chicken with the right amount of spice. Seemed popular for to go orders and locals.

Great food and priced right. If you haven’t been there before, noon prices are a little cheaper but evening portions are larger. I’ve personally tried a dozen different items off of the menu and they’ve all been good.

I had the General Tao Chicken from the lunch menu. It was a little sweet tasting instead of spicy for me. If it was spicy would be great. Maybe I need to tell them make it Spicer. Other than that was great service.

So glad we have a Chinese joint in our town! Not only is it delicious it’s also consistent. I’ve never had a bad order from Chang’s. I can’t comment on the dine-in experience because I usually just order to-go. But from a carry out stand point I’ve never had an order go wrong over the phone. Hopefully this place is here to stay!

The food was great in flavor. Service was the worst I could have ever experienced. Our waitress didn’t even get our order correct and she rather have helped others that came in after before checking on us she also didn’t remember to give us our soup that was included in our meal. The service alone makes me not want to eat here again. I highly don’t recommend this place.
