We ordered a few things from the combo and standalone. Combo comes with huge egg rolls and pork fried rice. The dumplings skin was very thick which I did not like so much.
The black pepper chicken was pretty nice. Lots of vegetables and very good quality meat.

Food was really greasy. The dumplings are undercooked. Terrible flavor. Doesn’t taste like a dumpling. And their broccoli garlic sauce dish is drowning in oil. Only good tasting thing I got was the egg roll.

Today I had a terrible experience at this Chinese restaurant. I ordered boneless pork ribs with fried rice, and it was served overcooked, cold, and completely flavorless. I approached the owner to ask for a replacement meal, and he got angry. He has terrible customer service, and to make matters worse, he refused to give me a full refund. The place also looked unsanitary, as did the people preparing the food. It’s a disgusting place, just like the person who served me. I do not recommend this place at all.

Coming from Philly & my husband from Bergen county, it was tough finding chinese takeout in the area to meet our standards/what we are used to, however since we discovered Changs, we’ve been extremely satisfied. They can get very busy but they still put out hot food as quickly as possible. There have been mistakes made in the past with orders but they always make up for it. I hope the owners and cooks see this review and keep up with their consistency as this is one of our favorite places to order out on occasion.

I would give zero stars if I could. My poor mother got food poisoning from the garlic shrimp that she immediately knew don’t taste right. We ordered last night and she has been sick all day and can barely get up. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not order from here.

I have ordered take-outs for almost a year from Chang’s China! And I still continue to order from this place! Reasons? The restaurant boss and staff are always friendly and pleasant; place is clean; food is fresh and cooked with care! And they do not over-price like majority of restaurants out there! It’s sad to see majority of restaurants over-price but they do not provide better quality of food nor service! As at today, Chang’s China has been treating customers with care, it deserves many praises and stars!

My husband and I have been ordering from here when we want some good Chinese for over a year. It’s always consistent, hot, and fresh! We’ve never had a bad meal here and they always read the order notes for extra sauces. 10/10!

Horrible customer services they make mistakes all the time and do not want to rectify them. They burn food , don’t include items in order and then try to get you to settle for a credit that you never get.
