Recommend the biang biang noodles

Came here after a workout and the noodles really hit the spot. Chewy and just the right amount of spicy. Also got the wagyu burger which is kind of a misnomer because it’s more like a crispy bun with black pepper beef inside. It was also delicious. If you want a new noodle experience here in Chino hills, this is the place

The Biangbiang noodles are wide, chewy, and perfectly tossed in chili oil—full of authentic Shaanxi flavor. The Roujiamo (meat sandwich) has a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside bun filled with flavorful braised pork, perfectly balanced with fat and lean meat—super satisfying. The beef pancake is thinner than usual but packed with juicy beef filling, very tasty. Their homemade soy milk is also excellent and freshly made. Everything here feels authentic and delicious—definitely worth trying!

Let me introduce you to my newest neighborhood gem where it tastes like a Chinese grandma made the food just for you. Think hidden gem, no frills, super casual, but already so well loved.

We were recommended to try their famous pancake crepe and my eyes lit up when I saw you can do a duck filling, and it did not disappoint. It’s savory with the hoisin sauce and has a surprising crunchy element to it, the texture is INSANE and it all works so well together.

Here are my other favorites: Beef potstickers, Shrimp and pork steamed dumplings–they have a whole separate menu just for dumplings–thiccc, chewy hand-pulled noodles that you can do a dry version with a numbing spicy sauce, or in beef broth with the most TENDER beef.

Thanks for reading! ^-^

The pancakes here are delicious, packed. The side dishes are also tasty. On top of that, they serve dumplings and wontons, making it a great spot for everyday meals.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. 煎饼果子 is hands down one of the best street foods I’ve ever had. The crepe itself is thin yet hearty, with a perfectly cooked egg fused into it. The highlight, of course, is the crispy cracker tucked inside—it adds that incredible crunch that makes every bite addictive.

The balance of flavors is spot-on: the savory egg and pancake, the freshness of scallions and cilantro, and the sweet-savory sauces with just the right amount of spice. It’s filling without being overwhelming, comforting yet exciting.

Best of all, it’s made fresh right in front of you, so you get it piping hot, crunchy, and fragrant. This is the kind of breakfast that instantly lifts your mood and keeps you full of energy for hours.

The Jianbing Guozi here is amazing—slightly crispy outside, soft inside, wrapped with egg, and the crispy filling is just perfect. It’s rare to find such authentic flavors in the U.S., and they even offer buy-one-get-one or social media promotions—so don’t miss it! The wonton soup is rich but not greasy, very comforting. The potstickers are golden and crispy with juicy filling, especially with a splash of vinegar. The Biangbiang noodles are wide, chewy, and perfectly spiced with chili oil—true Shaanxi taste.

This is the kind of spot that delivers on flavor, portions, and price. If you’re looking for authentic Xi’an Chinese food in the Chino Hills area, Changan Kitchen is a must. As someone who grew up eating chinese food, this place did not disappoint and brought me right back to my childhood. The staff were very friendly and the vibe felt very homey. Do not leave without getting the potstickers or beef pancake roll!!! I’ll definitely be back!

This place is a new Chinese restaurant in Chino Hills. They have a lot of Xi’an food (dumplings, potstickers, hand-pulled noodles). The food is very homey and my Chinese friend said it’s like what her mom cooks. The potstickers are my favorite. The soup dumpling was good too. Nothing was spicy to me, although some dishes look somewhat spicy. It’s on the Pipeline Ave side of the plaza near Holy Cow. Apple map wasn’t very accurate when I went.
