I love this place! The food is really good and the portions are huge. If you spend $15 or more on your order on their website you get free fried rice too which makes it even more worth the already pretty cheap price. The lady that normally works there seems really sweet and hardworking. I am really picky and have a lot of little requests and they are accommodated every time. My order has never been late. Sometimes they throw in an extra crabrangoon when I order them, or an extra eggroll, which is so nice of them. Lovely place.

DELIVERY ORDERS BEWARE
Awful experience all around and will NEVER be ordering from them or any associated location again!
Placed an online order for delivery and was never notified it would be (supposedly) delivered through a third party service.
Waited over an hour for no updates and no food; gave it another 15 minutes before calling the restaurant to inquire. I was told to “just keep waiting” and did so for another 10 minutes with no food. Called the restaurant again and entered into a phone circus with being told to call DoorDash and another delivery app service only to get no answers and STILL no food over 2 hours later. I finally received a refund after a lot of arguing with the restaurant and their ordering company.
Restaurant only offered to remake the order “if I come pick it up” which completely defeats the point of delivery.
Horrible customer service and experience. Would give 0 stars if I could!!

Never had before, but the food was amazing.. personally not a fan of Chinese food.. but this was well worth it! Will be back again.

Friendly hard-working no-nonsense couple serving consistently good take-out food at reasonable prices. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and have never had any issues with their food. It’s not Michelin star, but they are great for a quick take-out meal.

The service was fast and friendly. The scallop appetizer was a unexpected gem. They appear to be diver scallops, perhaps cut in half and then breaded and fried. Not too much breading and they were cooked just right. The crispy shrimp was spicy and a good portion of shrimp.

So disappointed in this experience today. It took 2 hours to get delivery order of 3 lunch items. I understand there is snow out but we live in Wisconsin and it was 90 min for the order to be ready.. did you have to pluck and prep the chicken? Quoted 32 minutes so way above that quote and then the food was awful. Rice bland, didn’t get the ragoon, bourbon chicken is not good bland and fatty, even the egg roll was awful.

Moved here a few months ago, and was sad to hear from people’s recommendations that there wasn’t much good Americanized Chinese food around. People told me to avoid this chain, but I wanted to form my own opinion, alas I found the quality of the food wanting. I got crab rangoon, and the sesame chicken combo. The portion size was actually fairly decent for the price id say, but it doesn’t mean much when the flavor has you not wanting to eat it. The main dish, the sesame chicken was actually really good, crunchy texture, and decent flavor, but that was it. The fried rice was soggy, and had little to no flavor, other than maybe a hint of soy sauce. the spring roll just had an really off flavor. The crab rangoon had a really bitter flavor, as apposed to the normal sweetness. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place, but other reviews seem to really like it, so it might just be a personal preference. Its not the most expensive place in the world, but for the price I think id rather go to the Chinese buffet thats about as close by, atleast then you can sample a lot of items and pig out.
