Mongolian beef with scallions was basically onions. The beef was like 1/4 sample of beef used in Lo Mein … seriously the WORST

I wish you could do half stars because I would give Chang Jiang 3.5. We would go here soooo often back then and they really were amazing. Unfortunately the food hasn’t been as good in a while and although we rarely order food from here, I still respect the OGs

Our family has chosen Chang Jiang for our Chinese go-to restaurant for take out for many years. The service is fast, the food is reliably good, and the portions and prices are excellent. Consistently, Chang Jiang proves to be a local favorite when a family member (especially teens) says “How about Chinese tonight?” Definitely recommended.

Yuck , I thought I’d give this place a try and it wasn’t good . Fried rice was in no way fried and lacked any flavor . Thank god for the onions they put in it otherwise it would have zero flavor . The pepper steak and onions was not good either – the steak was tough and the vegetables were mushy . The only thing I enjoyed was the egg roll. Maybe it was a bad night but I won’t be going back . I’ll stick to China Wong in Bayberry .

Food wasn’t bad but you don’t eat Chinese food because it’s a Michelin star restaurant. They were done fast and even called when I was on my way to make sure to put in garlic on one of the dishes. I got there and I payed and when I got home I was confused. There was entirely to much food for what I payed. 2 containers of white rice, pint of moo goo gi pan, and 4 extra pork egg rolls. That’s on top of my $50 order which we never got the fried rice or the garlic chicken. I don’t think we will return

This is the best Chinese in the area! I’ve tried many many dishes. The only thing I’d caution on is their lemon chicken. The chicken itself was delicious and well portioned, but it didn’t come with lemon sauce. It was lime and even had a lime rind in it! So, I would definitely stay clear of that or make sure when ordering that it’s definitely lemon and NOT lime! It was so bitter, I couldn’t eat it, gross! It was like dunking your chicken into a margarita! Which surprised me, bc everything else is very very good! It’s always fast, piping hot, orders are correct, nice ppl, etc.

Started going there 30+ years ago. It was the best. Unfortunately it has gone way downhill in flavor and such small portions for the price. And what happened to the veggie that use to be in the meals?? They used to have some broccoli and carrots, now nothing. My go to was always the hot and sour soup, but zero carrots, hardly any mushrooms and OMG the oily greasy substance on the top. So sad about it, but it used to be so delicious to flavorless and greasy

We recently moved from FM where there are excellent Chinese and Asian restaurants, so we were hopeful to find something as tasty in this area. We weren’t disappointed. Perfect fried dumplings, definitely a must. Their General Tao’s is great. Egg Foo Young is very good and they’re gravy is even better – not saturated with soy and salt. It actually looks like gravy. Happy to find a takeout place that we like!

Our family LOVES our Chinese food nights from Chang Jiang! While we typically order the same items, everything we’ve had, old favorites and new, has always been fantastic. Orders are always speedy. There have been plenty of times we were given a wait time for the food to be ready, and it was already prepared and waiting for us, before that time was up. And the staff has always been nothing but the best- friendly, helpful, and willing to offer solutions if an order got wonky (sometimes my kiddos don’t speak English as adults know it LOL). If you’re looking for a new take home place, I recommend them highly!
