Onion and pepperoni thin crust was absolutely perfect. Ordered on a Friday night and the time between ordering and when we had our dinner delivered by Tay was a half hour. What was cool was we were able to track progress of our order and as the delivery got closer on the GPS map the red zone circle got smaller pinpointing to our hotel. Met them at the front door.

The gentleman who runs the Todd’s lane store goes by the name of Tango and he keeps his employees working hard with a friendly attitude towards each other and the customer. The service is comforting and every time I come in I feel at home with the satisfaction of my pizza tasting exactly how I desired!

I called for a pickup and my 1 big boy pizza was priced at 43$ but a large with the same toppings is 23$ .. that is absolutely ridiculous. What made it even more ridiculous was when I called the chanellos on Hidenwood and priced the exact same pizza it was 30$ … that is poor service and basically robbery. I will not order from here ever again.

The customer service is up to par but my order was not and I am completely displeased with the whatever the staff making the food is doing in the kitchen. My order was simple, a large pizza, two can Pepsi’s, and two orders of the famous cheese fries. I have never ever in my life ordered from a chanello’s and my food be prepared as if the person preparing it could care less about the person ordering. The kitchen service needs help. I have never ordered from a place and have ever received my food and getting it and feeling like how I am feeling right now. My fries are inedible and there aren’t really any fries in the order I received from the get go. I was refunded my two app and the sodas but I really feel as if I should have been refunded my whole order. I’m not even hungry anymore and I am afraid if I or my family eats this we will be sick because if you can send out an order that looks remotely close to anything like this, who knows what is really going on back there in the kitchen.

Spent almost 40.00 tonight at this place. Everything else was ok but this philly steak and cheese sub. It’s horrible Looking and the taste is not all that either. I order a 6 inch . I asked for Mayo on my sub and it’s none up here. The meat is real slim on this sub. Totally turn off by this sub and very disappointed in a place that I have been going to for years.

I have been coming here for years. I ordered a one topping pizza. They gave me a banana pepper pizza with no cheese. Todd lane’s Chanello’s pizza need some help. This isn’t the first time they ruin my pizza. If u want a good Chanello’s pizza to the one off of Jefferson Ave. The pizza is always made right. Also when I got to there ten minutes later the pizza wasn’t made. They didn’t even start yet. So I been waiting for a pizza made correctly for an hour now.
