Worst service ever. I get there at 11:05 as they are supposed to open at 11. Doors are locked and the guy takes his time coming to the door to unlock it. No apology or anything. I asked him if it’s a better deal to do the BOGO or do the $9.99 pick up special for 4 pizzas. He tells me I have to order through the website. I go to the website and the pickup special isn’t there. I show him the large sign on the door and he finally places the order but he’s very annoyed. 30 minutes later and I’m still waiting on the pizzas. Not sure how this place stays in business.

I went to Chanellos Pizza at 901 W 22st Street Norfolk, Va, I ordered The Club Club. I was the only one there and it took them 20 minutes to make my sub . I was at there at 5:45 pm. When I got my sandwich and opened it up it was nothing like want I had ordered. Instead of turkey, ham, bacon, cheese,mayonnaise, lettuce and Roma tommatoes. I got in the sandwich turkey, cheese,mayonnaise. No lettuce, ,bacon, no lettuce and tomatoes. I was mad as hell and too tried to drive back and complain and argue about it.I should had followed my instincts and left because it was taking so long but I just sit there because I had to pay before the order was made. I will never go back there again and will spread the word to family and co- workers about what has happened and tell them not to go there. I was so mad I just threw it in the trash before I throught about doing this review and is not going outside to dig it out the trash can. NEVER AGAIN GOING there again,

Ordered online for the first time and received a pizza that wasn’t even cooked properly, two pieces were mainly dough. How can they hand this over to a customer. I’m not very impressed, my family will look elsewhere.

Service, poor. Waited 20minites to be seen, then they aid it’s coming up. Waited another 15 minutes after showing up on time to pick up my order, mind you there was one guy ahead of me but he left about 2 minutes after I got there. Didn’t get my soda, pizza was cut the wrong way as if someone was checking to see if it was done. Not one pizza but two. Cookie, oh yum! Accept it wasn’t even done all the way, my wife had to throw it back into the oven and I had to cut the pizza.. Only thing was right was the cheese bread. Dude in th back should have pulled up his pants, serving making food no gloves.. No aprines or hair nets.. ABC, I recommend you show up to this place around 9:15pm-10pm. This was very bad. Worst part about this is that there was no one in the lobby! However.. People were nice.

Pickup order tonight, the mild wings were meaty and flavorful as a starter for the E.B.A. PIZZA (Er’thang But Anchovies) and it was tasty! Hadn’t been to Chanello’s in awhile, seems that will change… LOL!! Also, extra kudos to the staff during pickup, very friendly, very clean, and very focused on the food orders!!

I came in to pick up an order and I requested a piece of tape to secure the pizza for the customer the big guy said no we can’t do that. I said everyone else does it at the other locations. He said well not here. I suggest you get some tape for your delivery’s every pizza place has it accept chanellos people want the pizza secured in delivery not where people can just open up the pizza

Got a brownie, pics on menu look nice and thick. I got a paper thin brownie, edges burnt and middle not cooked (more like a paste). Also got a pizza, hand tossed, flopped around and fell apart. First time here, last time as well. Quality vs Quantity. Hope you guys push to do better.

120 minutes for a pizza. As a richmonder, I’m used to shitty chanellos, but a 2 hour wait brings it to another level. I could have gone out, made my own dough, bought wal mart cheese, and bought food lion peps while I’ve been waiting for this pizza and could have made two. Unreal.

I was a regular here while I lived nearby for 2 years. I had pretty good experiences picking up orders, however there was one night where I believe a manager was taking calls/orders and I asked for a half cheese, half jalapeno and pepperoni pizza and they managed to make it incorrectly 3 times in that night. Had to drive back and forth before they offered me a plain cheese pizza to go with the incorrectly made jalapeno/pepperoni pizza. At the end they had corrected the situation and then some by offering me a free pizza. Staff is always friendly, but maybe not the most knowledgeable.

I’ve visited this location many times and honestly i’ve never had any complaints until today’s. I ordered a small cheese pizza which at first glance looked so gross. The crust was flat, lumpy, and tastes weird. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and I wish I could get a refund.
