Princess Anne Plaza location has a cool staff. But the problem is, they’re often understaffed. It’s a job with low pay and late hours. So they probably get a lot of employee call-outs (I’ve overhead this a couple times, while waiting in the lobby). Which can mean long wait times, not enough delivery drivers, etc. But the staff is nice when you interact with them, and it is a great location, right on VB Blvd.

This was hands down the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. If you enjoy the sensation of practically eating raw dough, then congratulations, this is the place for you.
I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food, especially considering the price. The pizza was severely undercooked, the dough was practically raw in the middle. It was honestly disgusting. I’m completely turned off by the experience.
Save your money and your stomach – go anywhere else.

Ordered a pizza just for them to call me to say they dont have delivery drivers. Here’s some advice, if you cant deliver the food just dont take the order? Anyways they offered me a refund and they still have my money. I wouldn’t order delivery from here. BTW I called them asking for a refund and the woman on the phone told me she cant look at past orders and I need to call the corporate office.

This not the first time I have had bad service in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago I called to order a delivery and was placed on hold for 40 minutes. Went to the restaurant to make a complaint to the manager. Manager was not in. Left my name and number asking for a callback. Never called. Tonight I placed an order online for a steak and cheese pizza for delivery. Received a hamburger pizza not what I had order. Tried calling the restaurant and someone kept denying the call. After several attempts went to the restaurant and again the manager was not present. Only one employee however someone was in the back office since the employee kept going in to talk to them.

We order from Chanello’s often and tonight our server Yesi got it all wrong. We spent $70, when our order should have been $40-$50. Not to mention our order was completely messed up. I called and basically got nowhere with her after my daughter picked up what she thought was our order. She was going to text her boss. We ordered 2 pizzas: one deluxe thin crust and one large half cheese and half pepp. We paid for 3 (including a big boy sitting on my counter) and none had pepperoni on it. We got ham! Seriously…make it right! Won’t be ordering again.

Tango was excellent! I truly appreciate him listening to me and my wife’s concerns about our recent experience with Chanellos. We have loved Chanellos for a long time and we really appreciate Tango remaking our pizza and giving us such a bright demeanor, completely wiping away our thoughts and replacing it with a very memorable one. The restaurant is 6 minutes down the road. Order came late, was cold and we got it as shown. After opening the box I walked back out to driver (Chris) and he ignored me calling him and got back in his car and sped off. Chanellos’s is great, but this particular location and driver are apparently not the way to go. Food was thrown out. Very disappointing.

Disaster. I placed a large order for my child’s birthday party THREE DAYS in advance and paying in full. Then, a mere 30 minutes before the party was supposed to start, I received a call informing me they didn’t have enough dough and no drivers available to deliver. Thirty minutes! No dough at a pizza place? They completely ruined my child’s birthday. No apologies, no solutions offered, just a flat ‘good luck.’ This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is appalling. Do not trust them with any event, especially not a child’s birthday. I’m beyond disappointed and will never order from them again. Zero stars if I could.
