Staff was truly amazing! Messed up small part of order when I was trying to place online and the manager Ray was able to accommodate me almost immediately! He was very kind and understanding! And I have a little thing going where I ask any of the pizza delivery places to draw something on the box whether big, small, ugly or anything really and Jason, the delivery driver, actually did, on EACH of the boxes my heart melted!! Even papa John’s just ignores it each time! The time and consideration taken into my order was very heartwarming and I do plan to make this my permanent to go pizza place! The pizzas were cooked perfectly (the cheese pull after you bite into it? compliments to the chef bro), they didn’t go too light or too much on the ranch dressing or condiments on the subs, and my order just came so fast! 1000/10 recommend, thank you again for making my day with the drawings Jason!

I got their $15 Monday special, a 1 topping pizza(with a 2nd topping for additional charge), garlic knots, & 2 can Pepsi’s. Their pizza is above average, & better than at least any corporation pizza chains(PH, Dom’s, Papa J’s, Lil Caesar’s, etc.). Pizza was excellent, & the crust is delicious. I would 10/10 recommend, & would eat again!!

So, we were very leary because of the reviews and rating but we gave this location a try. The pizza was AMAZING which was delivered via door dash. The pizza was very hot and exactly what we ordered. It tasted amazing so maybe we got lucky? Anyways, we’ll be ordering again in the future but realized, we can’t always go off Google reviews and just have to try for yourself.

So disappointed in the pizza that we ordered. Used to be so amazing, but its so “francise” now. Prices have went up. However cheese bread is good. Wings are OK, not the best but were just ok. Spent 60 bucks and gave over half of it away to our neighbors because they have teenage boys and they eat anything! However, Quick delivery and nice employees.

The presentation was good . Dough was soft and fresh. Pizza was warm. It was not the best but great for late night on a Wednesday. Really expensive. Almost 30 dollars without tip for large, xcheese and pepperoni.

UNBELIEVABLE!! PIZZA WAS COLD AND HARD, THEN THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAD THE NERVE TO STAND AND WAIT FOR A LARGER TIP AFTER I GAVE HER 1!! Called the “general manager” to let her know what happened and she had the nerve to say “her driver doesn’t say things like that” WTF?!!? My experience here at this chanellos is typically good. If I ever have an issue, the staff corrects it fairly quickly. I typically order their speciality Philly cheese steak pizza and I’ve never been disappointed. I love this place!

So my son ordered by phone for pickup a LG pepperoni pizza, with half banana peppers and wings. They said $25 and change. Once I arrived to pay I questioned the price. A large carry out is like 8.99 plus $1 add’l topping. The girl said that is the price for “the special” . I said ,how you figure? If you order it separately, which I ended up doing, it came to $21 and change. Really Chanellos? ?? A “special” is supposed to be a deal , not cost you more! PLUS*** $10 for these wings… should have ordered wings from BWW. Very disappointed. AND my son called and hung up the 1st time because you had him on hold for over 7 minutes, which they did to me previously and I actually walked in on the phone and said, yeah, I’d like to order a pizza, but you’ve had me on hold for 25 minutes now…. no apologies, just what can I get you? How but nothing. .. This location needs new leadership!
