Heather and Ellie are the Best! They are so nice and the food I ordered was beyond delicious! I will definitely be going there from now on to get my pepperoni and pineapple pizza! They deserve a raise because they are so polite and the place was very clean! Nice work ladies!

Came on a family vacation and figured this would be a nice spot to order a lot of pizza for a group of us. I was completely wrong. I missed the drivers call and called back within 3 minutes then met them in the lobby. I received my food and pizza was ordered lightly cook but it was burnt. Half the pizza didn’t have cheese. Food tastes very old and stale. I called to advise that food was not to liking and was told it was my fault since I ordered light cooked (but it was burnt ). Also because I took over 25 minutes to meet the driver. No driver waits that long so that was a lie. Also burnt old pizza would not be from waiting 3 minutes ♀️. Representative ended up getting smart then hanging up on me. Food and service terrible don’t recommend.

Great place to grab some food but this location has zero atmosphere. Not a welcoming experience. They could (and should) make the store more presentable. The pizza I picked up was great and that is what really matters. Dine in is not an option.

I really wanted to give this place a chance—I had heard their pizza was good. I called ahead and was told it would be ready in 15–20 minutes. We showed up about 25–30 minutes later, thinking it would be ready or close.
Unfortunately, we were told there was a large order ahead of ours and that it would be another 30 minutes for our two pizzas. That was frustrating, especially since we planned ahead and gave them more than enough time.

Phenomenal pizza! The pizza was hot and fresh, but the service from Heather really made the night special. She was attentive, speedy, and super friendly. We will be regular customers here!

Manager Ken is extremely unprofessional and rude. My wife called to report an issue with a misdelivery of a pizza that she ordered for her elderly dad. He told her it’s not his fault that her dad didn’t receive the food and that he should’ve checked the door sooner and probably someone stole it. We ordered a $16 pizza and $1 can of soda as a treat for her dad for the New Year. We reported it immediately and this was the customer service we received. He was aggressive towards my wife who was nothing but patient and thorough in explaining the situation. We are not trying to scam Chanellos out of $20. We wanted a redelivery or refund for not receiving the food we ordered or some direction as to where the food may have been left. We have never had issues with deliveries from other pizza places in the past. We won’t be eating here or supporting this location again.

I ordered 4 specialty pizzas through DoorDash app. There was a system glitch and somehow order what Chanellos received said to remove all toppings. So I received my delivery of 4 pizzas, opened the box and to my shock it was plain baked pizza dough, not even sauce. All 4 boxes of baked dry pizza dough. I called Chanellos and I was told the ticket they received stated to remove all toppings. I asked did that really not raise any red flags that someone would order specific 4 different specialty pizzas and then remove all toppings including sauce and cheese?! Lady said they thought it was odd but they did what the ticket said. No phone call, no investigation… I know the mistake was some sort of miscommunication between DoorDash app and Chanellos system and DoorDash did make it right and refunded money right away meanwhile Chanellos said it was not their problem, they did nothing wrong. This was the last time I will ever order Chanellos pizza and make sure I share this story with all my friends in Williamsburg.

I used to live in Williamsburg in 2012-2017 and would eat here all the time. The service and food has gone downhill quickly. I ordered with a man named Ken who acted as if we were a bother for wanting to place an order. We knew what we wanted, were quick in ordering and weren’t making any trouble but were met with a rude, aggressive and combative tone from Ken. I know holidays can be stressful and I’ve worked in the food industry before but the place was empty, we were quick and were in no rush. Ken seems to have been irritable for no apparent reason. I try to give grace but this situation was completely unacceptable. Our food was okay but was undercooked and mushy in some places. Our cinnamon bread was missing the topping and was just bread dusted with cinnamon. We won’t be returning until new management is in place.
