I’m usually very picky when it comes to pizza, but I decided to give Chanello’s a try after checking out their menu and ordering the Alexander the Great. When I arrived, the staff was super friendly, and the young man at the counter even insisted on giving me a free soda. When I got home and tried the pizza, it was amazing! Thank you guys. You just earned a new regular!

I had better quality of food. Receipe for the Oven Baked Fries changed. They use waffle fries instead of original straight cut fries. If it ain’t broke dont fix it! Chicken fajitas had more vegetables than chicken. If I didn’t live so far I would have returned which makes me even more disappointed because I traveled out of my way to purchase. After tonight I will ride pass future Chanellos Pizzas and not make a purchase.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food arrived lukewarm at best, and the cinnamon rolls were basically bread soaked with nearly an inch of butter, completely overwhelming and unpleasant.
I called the store to address the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and told, “that’s what I’m supposed to say from higher ups.” No accountability.
Very poor quality and even worse customer service. I will never order from here again.

I order take out regularly from here and the staff and the entire team are so amazing and welcoming . Great pizzas and wings and oven baked fries . A couple of times they forgot my jelapeons which I love on my pizzas . Which I am not sure when you add extra I might have not saved it and they have very good coupons and deals if your enrolled with them .

Ordered delivery, chicken parm came with unmelted shredded pizza cheese and breaded chicken that wasn’t hot.. Really unsure how your restaurant messed up a chx parm that badly, but ya did. And to charge a $7 delivery fee to drive a half mile? Criminals. Truly…
You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging that much. $7 to drive 0.5 miles? Are you out of your minds?
If anyone reading this thinks I’m embellishing, check for yourselves… Extended Stay America Glen Allen/Short Pump is where I ordered to, it is 0.5 miles down the street. With that said, your delivery driver was prompt, polite and professional so 5 stars there.
Obviously, since melted cheese and hot (heck even warm) chicken was too much to ask for I will NEVER be ordering again from your establishment. Should have taken a pic, but tbh whoever is reading this might be glad I didn’t cause you’d probably have lost your appetite

Hours are incorrect. Even their website, door and google all say they open at 11….but when you call/go to order they say they open at 4. Doors are locked. It’s been like this for months…not sure why they haven’t updated anything. Food is good, but frustrating not to be able to get it.

Ordered the 2 foot long subs 2 chips and 2 can sodas was a waste of money and time subs are suppose to be cold hot hot I didn’t order grinders the whole order was $30.90 the driver didn’t have no change to give me so the oder was 40 bucks what a waste my sandwiches had at least 3 pieces of meat on each sandwich no way this cost what I paid for it how are they still open

Absolutely HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered 1lb of jerk chicken wings with a 6” turkey sub… wings were NOT seasoned not even a spec of pepper! And they looked like a few were missing. Don’t even get me started on my sub. Old lettuce with 1 1/2 piece of turkey slices, literally weighed as much a ball of aluminum foil. I thought it was just bread before I opened it. Called in to get a refund or new order and the “manager” named “nick” laughed at me and said “well you shouldn’t order our food then.” I said I atleast need a refund he says “no I don’t think you need that.” Smh!!!!! This place is the worst!!
