Update: after my review the owner reached out to me and was defiantly concerned. He did offer to remake the sub and rebuild the customer relationship. These days we all watch what we splurge on. For us this was our rare treat and on a budget it was very disappointing when for years never had a problem here. So I did get another sub and they made sure not to put the mushrooms in it for me. So Patrick I really appreciate your great concern for a customers allergy and Thank You for the sub I could enjoy. You have restored my faith in the small town local businesses that we have come to enjoy thru the years. Thank You
Tonight my daughter ordered a steak and cheese sub with ONLY Lettuce Tomato and Ex Mayo. She brings it home and I go to eat my half and it’s got mushrooms in it too. Now I’m allergic to Mushrooms and she ordered it to be made as she said. Receipt even says what’s to be in it also. I called to let them know. Brandon was super understanding and said yes she did order it that way and he’s sure she did say ONLY. Then the Owner gets in the call super nice but states all steak and cheese subs come with mushrooms and peppers and onions. I told him that we ordered it to be ONLY what was requested. He did apologize for it not being what I expected but never offered to replace it or give one another day. He acted like I should just eat it so I said I guess my dogs will enjoy this sub tonight. He chuckled and said oh you don’t like mushrooms. NO I’m ALLERGIC! Can’t eat them. Still no offer to replace. Did ask if I was close but never offered anything. I’ve gotten good here for years and not once had this happen. So from now on I guess I’ll go to Little Italy o. RR 11 or Cairo’s pizza across the street due to my allergy and not getting what was ordered and expected to just be okay with spending $14.97 on a sub I can’t eat! Thank You for the eye opener! So if you have Allergies stay away from here!!!! My EpiPen on alert thankfully by my side! $150 dinner with the EpiPen dose! At least I have my life and noticed on first bite!!!!

On the night of the 22nd, around 10 or 11 PM, I went to pick up an order from Chanello’s Pizza, and the experience was very disappointing. Even though the order was marked as ready, I had to wait for over half an hour. The staff seemed to be chatting among themselves intentionally and ignoring the customers. In the end, I had to leave without my order. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I ordered Chanello’s recently using their new website and scheduled a delivery a few days in advance for 6:30. On the day of, my door bell rang right at 6:30 and we had hot, fresh pizza! The pizza was great, the service was great, and the large pizza and garlic knots was a great deal!

Called-in for a Delivery. Smooth ordering (dude quickly took my order, asked about preferences). Driver was prompt (under the estimate). Food arrived hot and was exactly what I was craving: a Jersey-style Meatball Sub! We also had a Hawaiian Pizza -chefs kiss- and fries… (fries were also above-avg for delivery). Impressed!

The Pizza was hardly warm and the bacon cheddar fries was rock hard. The driver was nice so I was happy to tip, and If im being honest I didn’t enjoy the meal at all i ate one slip of pizza and trashed everything else. I didn’t want to call complaining about it so I’ll settle for the review.

Came at 1:30AM when it clearly says the close at 3 and was told they can not serve me because they already turned the oven off. Three workers inside and they turned away a customer.

Good pizza and garlic knots. Had it delivered to our hotel, as we were passing through. One of the later delivering locations. Would order again. The kid taking the order was very upfront about his preferences, definitely didn’t try to upsell anything, he really only recommended their pizza. Had no issues when we called back to add in the garlic knots to our order.

I highly recommend looking into the deals Chanellos offers when ordering carryout or delivery. The pizza is actually really good compared to other pizza shops, but I must say I prefer it baked well done. Steak and cheeses are probably some of the best in town to be honest. Super fast delivery!!! If anything do not forget about the cheesy bread when your order…you won’t be disappointed!
