We ordered a little bit of everything to share, and every dish was spot on. The Chilaquiles were flavorful and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of crunch and spice. The Breakfast Tacos were hearty and packed with fresh ingredients… definitely a standout. The Pancakes were fluffy, buttery, and a huge hit at the table, while the Kids’ Egg Scramble with Sausage was simple, well-prepared, and perfect for little ones.
The quality of the food here is excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the flavors and presentation. Whether you’re stopping by for a family breakfast or a relaxed brunch, Chandler’s delivers on all fronts. We’ll absolutely be back!
We had dinner once. It was beautiful to sit outside and watch the sunset. Our dinner was excellent. We loved the mushroom dip and sourdough bread starters. The sourdough came with a vibrant green pesto, which tasted great. But the warm mushroom dip was our favorite of the evening.
For entrees we got the roasted chicken and chicken sandwich. The sandwich was a regular sandwich but the roasted chicken was delicious with crispy skin and juicy chicken falling off the bone. It came with potatoes and crispy Brussel sprouts which were good as well.
Overall we had great service gor breakfast and dinner
Their bar features an impressive menu of craft cocktails that we enjoyed. Particularly the “Cocoa Trace”. For brunch I ordered the Chef’s Omelet. When it was served, I noticed the eggs were more brown than yellow, but the delicious array of fillings made up for that. Particularly the generous amount of smoked ham and baby peppers. My wife ordered the Classic Benedict. Unfortunately, the whites were quite loose and far from set. The staff were very accommodating in a quick replacement with a croissant breakfast sandwich that was very tasty. I would not hesitate to dine here again, although your mileage may vary with the eggs…
Unfortunately, the service provided by Lauren, the host, significantly impacted our overall experience. Before checking out of our room, my husband and I decided to enjoy brunch outdoors to make the most of the pleasant weather and the view. We requested to be seated in the shaded area, as the direct sunlight made one of the available tables uncomfortably hot.
Lauren led us to the sunlit table and, when asked about moving to the shaded area, hesitated and mentioned needing to check with the front. Despite several shaded 4-seat tables being visibly available, we waited 5-10 minutes without any follow-up. During this time, we noticed Lauren seating another guest at one of the shaded tables we had inquired about.
Frustrated by the lack of communication, my husband approached the front desk, where another host promptly seated us in the shaded area. We were told the other tables were “reserved,” but they remained empty throughout the entirety of our meal.
Advice: A host’s role is critical in ensuring guest comfort and equitable service. Proactive communication, efficient seating management, and attentiveness are essential for creating a positive dining experience. A more thoughtful and responsive approach from Lauren could have transformed our brunch into a more enjoyable occasion.
The interesting thing we noticed about being repeat customers was that there was an inconsistency in the dishes from day to day. Sometimes it was a generous portion, sometimes it felt lacking. For lunch, it surprised us that some dishes are served in lunch portion but charged at the same price as the dinner portion. If you eat outside, it gets exceptionally hot in the evening.
If you’re looking for a quiet dinner the nights they have live music is not for you then. I never had to ask for a drink refill or anything more than once.
The clam chowder was perfection!
Their pesto paired with the sourdough was worth every carb.
Apple and pear bread pudding was scrumptious .
Burger was medium rare goodness.
Side of charred broccoli with a sprinkle of lemon?! Heaven .
The main dish, rosemary chicken, was simply outstanding – tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite melted in our mouths!
A special shout-out to our waitress, she was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, adding even more positivity to the already warm and inviting atmosphere.
We’ll definitely be coming back!
