It took me forever to finally try this place (which is ridiculous, considering it’s literally my high school classmate’s family restaurant). But after two visits, I can confidently say: worth the wait, worth the calories, worth the stretchy pants.
Both times were excellent — no disappointments, unless you count me forgetting to take photos during my first visit. Luckily, I remembered the second time around. We ordered:
Fresh crab rolls (the appetizer)
Thai red curry (combo)
Pad krapao basil stir fry (beef)
We had the same server both visits, and she deserves an award. Sweet, professional, and somehow handling a busy dining room without breaking a sweat. Meanwhile, I break a sweat just deciding what to eat.
Food came out at a perfect pace — fast enough to keep me happy, but not suspiciously fast like they microwaved it in the back. The stir fry was packed with flavor without being heavy-handed, and the red curry? Let’s just say I’d fight someone for the last scoop.
I’ve been to plenty of Thai restaurants in the States, and while I’m not pretending to be some Thai food expert, I know what makes me shut up mid-bite. Cham’s Thai Cuisine does exactly that — shuts me up, feeds me well, and will 100% see me again the next time I “accidentally” crave curry.

Came here around noon on Saturday, and ordered the Panang Thai Curry with chicken, and it was delicious! Good amount of spice level. I didnt even need to add the extra chili flakes! Good portion size as well for the price. The waitress was super nice and courteous. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back to try something else! 5 stars!

I think this place has the best Tom Kha on island. I order from here frequently but the past couple times my order hasn’t been right. Last time they sent Tom Yum instead of Tom Kha. I had to wait over an hour for redelivery. Today when I got my order there were no mushrooms 🙁 (my favorite part) and an excessive amount of chicken. I would’ve preferred extra broth over extra chicken. It would’ve been nice to have a heads-up that they were out of some of the ingredients before I ordered it. I’d love to give these guys 5 stars, but it doesn’t matter how good the food is if the order isn’t correct 50% of the time.

Me and my friend had a good Thai meal while we were visiting Guam here. Thai curry is pretty good. They’re big portions and we couldn’t finish them all. The owner is pretty friendly. Thank you for giving us a ride to the hotel. Feel like back home!

I’ve eaten at Cham’s before and overall, until today, I have a positive experience. So now the bad news. I ordered the Salt Pepper Shrimp and it was just horrible. I have Salt & Pepper shrimp on the island about 12 times and most have been rated OK to Excellent. Not this, the shrimp was so overfried that the shrimp shells had pulled away from the overcooked shrimp meat accumulating pockets of hot oil which they did not shake out but instead just dumped it into my takeaway clamshell which in turn then leaked from the clamshell into my takeway bag. I had grease everywhere in the carry away and at my desk. Nasty! Though the picture actually looks salivating, the execution was terrible, w/o doubt worst pepper shrimp I’ve eaten. Greazy, oily …just nasty!
